Get it out of all that before you select neutral. The lamp is not enabled possibly due to the colour wheel motor not turning. Any broken glass jamming it? Or the lamp ballast has failed due to an old/worn lamp.

you might want to try to prime the fuel filter. Open the bleeder - 10mm- and press the pump. See if you have air in the line.

Most likely you need to replace the projection bulb. You can find them online. DLP sets are famous - or infamous - for burning out the bulbs/lamps.

Some things to check:

• Motor mounts (including transmission mounts)
