You can't they are sealed. You just replace them. The sealed bearing units are shown here. Change them yourself and save a callout and an hour and a half labour.https://www.google.com/search?q=LG+TROMM+bearings
The LE error code means that you have a motor problem. The high pitched noise means that the motor sensor has failed and needs to be replaced. You will need to call a qualified LG technician to replace the sensor.
A conventional dryer uses 240 volts to heat air, which passes through the tumbling laundry, picking up moisture, which is then vented to the building's exterior.
Your dryer uses 120 volts to warm air, which picks up moisture from the tumbling clothes, which then passes through a vent pipe in the back right corner of the dryer where a cold water spray causes the moisture to condense, run to the drain, and then is pumped out of the washer/dryer combo. There is no exterior vent to the outside of the building. Drying with your dryer will take at least twice as long as with a standard dryer. You can wash large loads, but can only dry small loads, and the clothes will not be as dry when dryer is finished as they will be with a standard dryer.
All that said, to make sure your dryer is performing as well as it can, you might like to take the back cover off and check the elbow at the very left bottom corner (when viewed from behind) to make sure nothing is obstructing the flow of water under the tub to the drain.
the unit is made to bring water in in the drying cycle ,,the water dont touch the clothes..the water is to take the lint away and to cool the drum,,you must remember that you can was 22 pounds but you can only dry 11 pound..so you must dry about half of what you wash..and drying the 11 pounds it will take 3 to 4 hours,,no exhaust...
Sears Parts Direct is one source of the parts diagrams, https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/1vc37q1bdj-003204/lg-wm3987hw-washer-parts . See the Dispenser assembly parts diagram for the water inlet valve. If you can watch the entire cycle, try turning off the shut-off valves for the washer inlet hoses after the rinse cycle and before the dry cycle starts. Water should not flow into the washer/dryer with the shut-offs closed.
I've seen inlet valve solenoids fail in the open position or in the closed position. I've never seen a control board that sent open messages randomly. (Sometimes, there is damage to the control board or corrosion or damaged wiring that stops the control board from sending the open/closed message to the solenoid.)
I hope this helps.

To load your LG washing machine, open the door of the machine, and place your laundry inside, close the door securely, and follow the machine's user manual for specific instructions on turning it on from the manual book.
It could be from a load that is not balanced.Or the drain filer might be clogged and full of debris and needs to be cleaned out. Also the drain hose maybe be kinked or twisted too.
That is the problem with top loaders, central agitators and long items like towels, They get tangled and tear. It is also likely that your towels are worn out.
To wash successfully, you need a lot of water and only 3 or 4 towels.
Front loaders don't do that and uses a tenth of the water and energy to heat that water.
