How do you change the roller posts for LG dryer DLG8388WM so it fits LG's recommended roller, AGM75510755?

I have spent half an hour researching the question as I noticed it wasn't answered since I read it last night.. K250 and K251 on the schematic. Is your post the wrong diameter? It looks a standard swap over and none of the parts suppliers mention any modification. That makes mw wonder if yours are mislabeled. https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/192s9c7uvq-003204/lg-dlg8388wm-dryer-parts https://www.partselect.com/PS16763594-LG-AGM75510755-PARTS-ASSEMBLY-SVC.htm?SourceCode=19&SearchTerm=DLG8388WM&ModelNum=DLG8388WM https://www.google.com/search?q=lg+dryer+dlg8388wm+drum+roller+replacement ..

LG Dryer won't start beeps twice, it's brand new.

Two beeps is typical door not closed. Make sure the light goes out when you close the door. Otherwise make sure both Clean Filter and Flow Sense lamps are off. You can run the installation test. LG Smart Sense Dryer. The 'Check Filter' light is on. It won't start and makes a clicking noise. Help please.

Question edited for clarity and change 'want' to 'won't', a contraction of 'will not'. The check filter indicator is a reminder to clean the lint filter before each use to ensure effective drying every time. The indicator turns off when you turn the cycle knob to select a drying program or when the start/pause button is pressed. Apr 7, 2023

LG DLE7100W DRYER detached something?

It's difficult to determine exactly what may have fallen behind the panel of your LG DLE7100W dryer without a visual inspection. However, it's possible that you may have accidentally detached a small part or screw that was holding something in place. The rolling sound that you're hearing when the dryer is turned on could be a loose part or screw that has fallen behind the panel and is now moving around inside the dryer. This could potentially cause damage to other components if left unaddressed. I would recommend stopping any further attempts to disassemble the dryer and instead, contact a professional technician to inspect and repair the dryer. They can determine what may have fallen behind the panel and take the necessary steps to fix it safely and properly.

What does this symbol mean on my LG TD-C70080E condenser dryer?

Unfortunately, without a picture of the symbol you are describing, it is difficult to give a precise answer. However, based on your description of the symbol and the accompanying burning plastic smell, it is possible that the symbol is indicating an issue with the dryer's motor or belt. The symbol you are describing with the oval and arrows could indicate a rotating part, such as a drum or belt, and the smell of burning plastic suggests that something in the motor or belt may have overheated and melted. It is important to immediately stop using the dryer and unplug it from the electrical outlet until you can determine the cause of the issue and make any necessary repairs. It may be best to contact a professional technician or LG customer service for further assistance and to avoid causing any further damage to the dryer.

Loud burner dryer after LP coversion

I was concerned about the same thing. I am a service tech. I followed the procedures. I changed the orifice and as direct turned the adjustment on the gas valve clockwise to the closed position and put the dryer back together hooked up the gas turned it on and when the burner came on it sounded very loud. I called tech support they said this is normal with the l.p. kit and it is due to the exhaust fan on the dryer. Based on the required heat the fan runs faster or slower. It has a two stage gas valve and variable speed blower in it for the burner. It is a large dryer. As directed make sure you only use flexible or hard metal vent piping from dryer to vent. Never the butler dryer vent

Dryer check filter light keeps blinking and dryer

I had the same problem, Check Filter light blinking and beeping, could not select drying type or start dryer. Short story, turned out to be the Less time button was stuck pushed in. Long story, a week before I had replaced the drum rollers and belt, everything was working fine for the week after then this problem. Totally by accident, after trying all the recommended actions (unplugging, pushing buttons, etc.) leaning on the right front corner would stop the beeping and allow the machine to work. Pushing all the buttons, I found the Less time button would not click. Apparently, when I took the control panel off to change the rollers and belt I flexed the control panel enough to misaligne the button and switch. Pulling the back of the control panel loose and making sure the push button and switch were aligned and working correctly everything works fine now.

Not enough airflow, and the dryer producing too much heat. Check the vent at the rear, the hose and the flap on the outside wall for lint and obstructions.

My lg dryer quit heating it is stuck on the

NO! Just clean the sensor bars off, located inside the drum, near the lint filter. They are two curved metal strips, about 1/8th inch wide, about an inch apart, and about 4 inches long.
What often happens is when people use fabric softener sheets in the dryer, the sheets give off a waxey substance which coats these bars, preventing the moisture from the clothing from getting to the bars. When that happens, the dryer does not sense any moisture, so it just runs the 6 minute cool down. (note: time dry would not be affected by this, only automatic dry)
