have you cleaned the port holes that the coffee comes out of there are tiny holes for the coffee to come through and they clog. use a fine wire to insert into the holes to unclog them.

check for clog or test for failed element

Open the grinder by removing both knobs.
The front knob is held in place by friction. Use two flat head screwdrivers to pry it off.
The side knob is held in by tabs you have to push. Pry forward to expose the tab, and use another screwdriver to press the tab, and use the other screwdriver to press the tab on the other side.
Now look at the bottom of the grinder. There are four tabs on the outer shell, use screwdriver s to pry the tabs to separate the bottom of the grinder from the shell, and pull off the shell. Your fuse should be attached to the motor wiring coil.

Give it up and replace the unit.

sounds like the tubing slipped off its connector inside the machine. Pump is sucking air.

I'm not familiar with the model but I do know that you need to complete each and every step fully before the light goes out on the models I've worked on. Run through it again slowly before you worry yourself about a repair.

The heat sensor on the boiler is not detecting any temperature change. It could be a wire or terminal off. The sensor is right at the front of the boiler. If the sensor is faulty it means a new boiler because it's stuck on in the factory.

Error 9 is only related to the NTC on the front of the thermobloc. That's the wires, terminals or the resistor on the NTC that changes value with heat.

check inside for broken or burnt connectors going to the heater element. these are normally slide in spade connectors.

Krups have their own cleaning tablets and descaling powder, your local Krups agent should be able to help you.

Error 05 I would normally associate with a distributor problem, New distributor New barista seal New tamping piston seals New tank seal It is not a job for the faint hearted.

You need to supply model number as well as the code.
