I encounter same problem i test the Operation Board and its fine when i replaced the PWB- MFP Assy. Part number A1UDH02102 and it works! The display came back.

Konica minolta bizhub 601 warming up option donot show ready to copy

Sir/Mam, Have you had the developer and drum replaced recently, or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done, so that equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum or next to it depending on the series. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure/Developer Charge, and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum. We have two Konica Minolta (Develop) c203s which won't boot up. Both working fine one day, then overnight seems to have frozen. I.e. Turn of the main power switch, the two status lights (Orange and blue) on the front of the machine will light up and stay on. Theorange light aroundthe "go" button will light up. But nothing else

Try to Troubleshoot By SWITCH ON MACHINE FROM MAIN POWER SWITCH BY PRESSING UTILITY BUTTON. -WAIT AND KEEP HOLDING UTILITY BUTTON -AFTER 10 TO 15 SECOND, TROUBLERESET OPTION WILL APPEAR ON SCREEN, TOUCH IT AND SWITCH OFF. -NOW ON NORMAL WAYS. if not ok, then check the panel connection. - after switching off and on, wait and observe if it display KONICA MINOLTA SCREEN OR Hour Glass symbol. and let me know for further diagnostic.

Hello my machine Bizhub 600 is indicating an error code C8101 when switching it on, who can i solve this

Actually C8101 is on Rank B meaning by Open / Close the front door to clear it. But if error code still appear, Check the connector between M3-relay CN5-DFCB J15 for proper connection and correct as necessary. Check the connector between PS12-DFCB J15 for proper connection and correct as necessary. Check the connector of M3 for proper drive coupling,and correct as necessary. PS12 I/O check, sensor check M3 operation check (change M3) DFCB F8 conduction check

How do i resolve the issue of Konica Minolta Error Code C0202?

The error code C0202 indicates paper jamming in tray 1, C-O204: Tray-2, C-0206: Tray-3, C-0208: Tray-4. First of all, power off and unplug your copier, then empty paper from the problem tray and from the tray below it. Take out the problem tray, now you can see a paper jammed.

How do i reset the error code c4641 in konica minolta bizhub c8000

Check the yellow drum sensor and developer unit. Per service manual:
  1. Output the test pattern to check whether the uneven density occurs on Y toner area.

  2. Check the intermediate transfer belt, and clean/replace it if there is toner image or damage

  3. CAUSE: The histogram processing of the Y toner has terminated abnormally on the color registration sensor /Rr (PS85).

Error code 4604 on Bizhub C6000

Estimated abnormal parts: • Fusing unit • Printer control board (PRCB) • AC drive board (ACDB) • Fusing heater lamp /1 (L2) • Fusing heater lamp /2 (L3) • Fusing heater lamp /3 (L4) • Temperature sensor /1 (TH1) WARNING • After replacing the defective parts, be sure to set the DIPSW 3-1 to 0. If DIPSW3-1 is set to 0 before defective parts are fixed, it may cause fire. Solution 1. Check the connection between the rear side connector of the fusing unit and the main body side connector, and repair it if any abnormality. 2. Check the connector connection and the wiring between PRCB and the temperature sensor, and repair it if any abnormality. 3. Konica Minolta 2490MF - Paper size error

Need to set A4 size default on the printer driver itself.
Go to Printers and Faxes / Konica Minolta 2490MF right click/ Printing preferences /
Create a "Easy Set" with a new name. Set all paper sizes to A4. Save the new settings to the new Easy Set.
Click apply.

I have 2-2400W printers,not used a few years. Both failing exactly the same. They draw paper, get a faint partial smudge image. Error "jam in transfer rollers". The transfer belt has the ink on it.

I had the same with my canon printer last year. But you have to be patient enough to Try cleaning the ink using a damp cloth on the feeder roller and transfer belt. Make sure the inside of the printer is clean and does not have any ink spilled on its parts. It will take a while until you get all the dust and fluff out! Also, try taking out the printer cartridge and then back on. Then try printing a test page: Select PRINT TEST PAGE and press the Menu Select key. There is only 3 service mode password the easiest way to find it try the 2 and the other 1 tomorrow so it will not lock. 1) 11111111 2) 00000000 the last 3) 12345678. You dont have to go to [Utility] ... etc its a long process w/c you can see the service mode password/ change.

My Bizhub C203 indicates that there is a paper jam at the exit. but i had checked and there is no jam. I also had replaced the fuser unit thinking it will fix the problem but the problem is still the

I have had in the past on these models that when paper is being fed to the exit section the exit rollers are not spinning so paper doesnt get pushed through to the output tray. If this is the case then you will need to replace the exit roller drive motor and possible the PRCB too as sometimes when the motor becomes faulty it knocks out the PRCB ICP chip on the board.
