Is there a surge tank installed? If so the bladder might have failed. Put a gauge on it and see what the pressures are in relation to the pump operation.

house breaker box did the breaker for this pump trip? usually they are on theyre own breaker in the main breaker panel

how much pressure do you want with a 15 to 20 psi, really what are you pumping house water, you need more pressure to supply a home like a 60 psi with an exterol tank

whats your question how to prime the pump? if so at the bottom is a 3/4 inch plug screwed into it, or at top, once the pump is hooked up to the lines turn off the power, and unscrew the prime plug fill with water, then screw in tight DO NOT USE THREAD SEALANT THEN THROW THE POWER TO THE PUMP, of course house supply valve must be off 3/4 turn valve off until the line is primed then open the supply line to house slowly to supply the water to all the lines, NOTE WHEN YOU FIRST INSTALL A NEW PUMP, HAS TO BE PRIMED, HAVE TO HAVE SUPPLY LINES FROM WELL TO HOUSE CLOSED TO PRESSURE THE TANK AND TO FILL THE LINES.

you mean the empellor ? and seal, it is a pain as the pump is sealed and don't normally go thru an empellor without going thru the motor life too, unless of course you sucked a rock up in there because of no screen at your gravel point, pumps are cheap and they live theyre life pretty well, if you need and empellor and and a seal chances are its worn out by a new one or you will have problems still

Your suction line has an air leak, hence no suction , no prime. All fittings have to be perfectly tight and leakfree on intake side.
