I have a Hussman 6x9
Assuming the compressor is sized correctly( and usually they are) There are a couple of fairly easy things to check.
1.) The compressor unit.
Are the fan(or fans ) operating. Some units have two condenser fans and will operate with only one until the temperature gets too high for it to keep up.
Is the coil clean. A dirty coil can cause unit to fail too keep up in high temperatures.
2.) The evaporator unit .
Same as condenser unit . Are the fans all working
Are the coils clean.
3.) Defrost Timer. Is the time set correctly .
Is the unit defrosting during low usage time periods.
Hope this helps

Bedroom door sticking
Did you install the doors or a contractor? Sounds like the doors are not fitting the opening properly
This unit has a crank case pressure regulator and
Freezers usually have a super heat of 6-8 degrees and as it approaches the set temperature, it can be as low as 4 degrees. you will have to 'babysit' this and adjust as you go but it has to be done in extremely small amounts. the crankcase pressure regulator basically keeps the compressor from being overloaded from high pressure like from after a defrost or the door being left open.
