Hp scanjet 200 is not working
If your HP Scanjet 200 is not working, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Check the power supply: Make sure the scanner is properly connected to the power source and that the power cord is securely plugged in. If it's connected to a power strip or surge protector, try plugging it directly into a wall outlet.
- Check the USB connection: Make sure the USB cable is properly connected between the scanner and your computer. Try using a different USB cable or a different USB port on your computer.
- Check the scanner driver: Make sure the scanner driver is properly installed on your computer. You can download the latest driver from the HP website and reinstall it.
- Restart the scanner and computer: Turn off the scanner and your computer, then turn them back on and try scanning again.
- Clean the scanner glass: If the scanner glass is dirty, it can affect the quality of the scanned images. Clean the scanner glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
- Check for error messages: If there are any error messages displayed on the scanner or on your computer, check the HP support website for more information on how to resolve them.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to contact HP support or a professional technician for further assistance. They can help diagnose and fix the problem safely and effectively.

My prenter hp 2420 have two one is error of 62.2 storage and secondly when i use keys its functions are much slowr on disply during sitings so plz sport me for these slutions
Error code 62.2 on an HP LaserJet 2420 printer usually indicates an issue with the printer's internal memory or storage. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove any accessories or optional components that are installed in the printer, such as an optional paper tray or additional memory.
- Power on the printer and see if the error message has cleared. If it has, the issue was likely caused by an incompatible accessory or memory module.
- If the error message persists, try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. To do this, turn off the printer, press and hold the "Go" button, and turn the printer back on while continuing to hold the "Go" button. Release the button when the printer's attention light turns on and all other lights turn off.
- If the issue still persists after resetting the printer, it may be necessary to replace the printer's formatter board, which contains the printer's internal memory and storage.
As for the slow response when using the printer's keys, this may be caused by a separate issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
- Check the printer's display for any error messages or other indications of a problem.
- Make sure that the printer's firmware is up to date. You can download the latest firmware from HP's website and install it using the printer's embedded web server or HP Web Jetadmin software.
- If the printer is connected to a network, try connecting it directly to a computer using a USB cable to see if the issue persists. If it does not, there may be a problem with the network connection.
- Try resetting the printer to its factory defaults, as described in the previous section. This may help to clear any configuration or settings issues that are causing the slow response.

HP Laserjet pro M125a prints black pages; test page fails to print, scan function okay.
It seems like you've tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue, but the problem persists. A common cause of black pages with a laser printer is a faulty toner cartridge, but since you've tried replacing it, it's unlikely that's the issue. Another possibility is a problem with the imaging drum or the transfer roller, both of which can cause black pages. You may also want to check the toner supply system, including the toner level sensor, for any clogs or blockages that may be causing the problem. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be necessary to seek further assistance from a professional repair service

My HP printer's light blinks, but it doesn't print.
two things to consider.
1. If the blinking is fast (like more than two blinks per second) then
the printer is damaged. Either the main controller board is fried or
the carriage/ink controller is damaged.
2. if the blinking is slow ( 1 blink per second) this means that either
of your cartridges is busted. remove the black cartridge then close the
top cover. If the blinking stops, then the black ink is the culprit. If
not, replace the black then remove the other cartridge. THis means that
one of your cartridge needs to be replaced.
Hp color laserjet 4700 printing with shadows
If your HP Color LaserJet 4700 is printing with shadows, it could be caused by a few different issues. Here are a few potential causes:
- Toner Cartridges: The toner cartridges may be low or empty, causing the shadows to appear. It is recommended to check the toner levels and replace the cartridges if necessary.
- Toner Smears: The toner smears on the drum or the fuser can cause shadows to appear on the printouts. Clean the drum and fuser with a lint-free cloth and check if the problem persists.
- Fuser Unit: The fuser unit could be malfunctioning and may need to be replaced.
- Paper Quality: Using low-quality or damp paper can cause shadows to appear on the printouts. Use high-quality, dry paper for better results.
- Printer settings: Some printer settings can also cause shadows to appear, such as toner density or print resolution. Ensure that the settings are set to the recommended level.
- Dust or debris: Dust or debris inside the printer can cause shadows, Clean the inside of the printer and check if the problem persists.
It is important to diagnose the specific cause of the problem before attempting to fix it. If you are not comfortable with troubleshooting the problem, it is best to contact HP support or a qualified technician for assistance.

Printer does not print whole document
In 'Print Preview' look at the margins, and see if anything is too close to the edge of the paper. If it is, then set your margins further from the edge, or drag graphics further from the edge, etc.
To correct the margins that are set to close to the edge of the paper, open the document in Microsoft Word and follow these steps:
- Make sure that you are using the same printer driver that gave you the error in Microsoft Word Viewer.
- In Word, on the File menu, click Page Setup.
- Click OK.
You receive a warning dialog box about the unprintable regions.
- Click the Fix button.
- Save and close the document.
You can now open and print the document in Word Viewer without receiving the error message.
Hp officejet 7110 battery and cmos location
The battery is located behind the left front cover. Open the printer, grasp the left front cover from inside the printer and pull to open. Look inside the printer to left and you will see it.
It is enough to remove for a minute to reset the expiration.
But I'm afraid after that the printer may not keep the date and time when turn off.
What does Error message 50.2F.00 mean?
The error message "50.2F.00" typically refers to a problem with the fuser assembly in an HP LaserJet 500 color M551 series printer. The fuser assembly is responsible for fusing toner to the paper, and this error can occur if the fuser is not functioning properly.
There are a few potential causes for this error message:
- The fuser may not be properly installed in the printer, in which case you should check to make sure that it is securely seated and connected.
- The fuser may be defective, which is most likely the case if the error message appears shortly after installing a new fuser. In this case, you may need to replace the fuser with a new one.
- There may be a problem with the printer's power supply, which is causing the fuser to malfunction. You should check the connections and ensure that the power supply is working properly.
It is also good idea to check for any firmware updates for your printer. Sometimes these updates can fix known issues.
The best thing to do is check the printer's manual for troubleshooting or HP Support for specific instructions for your printer. Also you can try to call the manufacturer support.
