Howard Miller Measuring Tools & Sensors - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support
I have a Howard Miller
I took mine to a clock repair shop.
The face is glued down so you must use a thin blade to run under it. Later use small pins to re-attach it. I have no idea what the blade looked like, probably some round-end kitchen utensil.
Since it had sat unused for 20 years, I paid $75 for him to oil it.
I'll take it back in 4 years for another service.
What does my Howard Miller Tide Clock need to be set on right now
You need a local tide chart. You can look up online or get a printed on at most tackle stores. Based on high or low tide, turn the knob in the back to match. For instance, if high tide at the location you want to monitor is 12 noon, and is is 10 am, align the hour hand with the "2" to the left side of high tide.
