For replacement parts contacting the manufacturer of the humidifier would be the best thing to do. They know what parts can be replaced and if they have service repair facilities or if you would need to work directly with the company. Germ Guardian website is www.germguardian.com. I can't seem to get the water to flow freely from

I read you rite,t the humidifier won't supply enough water to wet the roller . If so then follow the fresh water line down to the shut off valve. Most likely a saddle valve. with screws holding the valve tight to the side of the water pipe. I have had many of these plug up with junk in the water over time. best suggestion is to screw in the valve all way till it stops hard ,like suddenly. If it very stiff to turn the valve get a wrench and loosen the collar nut just a bit so the valve screw handle will screw in and out easier. Remember clockwise is in or OFF, and Counter clockwise is open or out. Run this valve closed and open a few times, then check the humidifier float for proper water level. Good Luck, Bill

Where do I find manual for germgaurdian H3000 humidifier.

http://www.guardiantechnologies.com/product-instruction-manuals/ Germguaridan website. This manual can be found under discontinued models. This was most likely discontinued because it is very sensitive and quits working too soon because of the ultrasonic sensor.

Water refill light prevents unit from working. Tank is filled . Unit has been cleaned

Your problem is most likely a damaged Ultrasonic Disk (sensor). If your product has not been used for a while, this piece was most likely damaged if it wasn't properly cleaned before storing. Cleaning well sometimes isn't even enough for this sensitive unit. Unfortunately, there is no way to get this part, even though it is easily removed and could be easily replaced. Bad PR on the manufacturer's part. Your only solution is to send it for repair (if under warranty, you just pay shipping, if not, you pay shipping and $30) or to buy a different brand. You would think for as expensive as these machines are, the manufacturer would have a better solution to this extremely common problem.

Germ guardian h3000 not blowing air

I have a Vicks, similar, and it recomends a little table salt in the water to create a mist, read your manual and see if this helps. Don't go overboard on the salt, or you'll have old faithful instead of a mist!
