Make sure your print/record speed is 25mm/sec. Most machines have settings of 50mm/sec or 25mm/sec. I bet yours is set to 50mm/sec. RJ

If your power line has a two female connection, try unplugging and turning it over ( so the connections are the opposite way around ) plug it back in and try it again, sometimes the current will only flow one way and if it's wrongly connected it will cause the motor to run in reverse. Jayel.

Hi, There will be an MOV (metal oxide varistor) After fuse. This MOV is rated 125v. When you plug the machine in to 220v supply this MOV will become shorted and its blows the fuse to prevent further dameges to the power supply. Replace the MOV and then insert the fuse. I have added the image of MOV here. It is placed parallel to the AC mains supply rail after fuse.Ajin

Our EKG machines at work have specific paper that will only work with them, are you using the same type as before? Also, it is possible to put the paper in upside down and it will not print on that side. Have you tried to turn the paper around? Good luck

You have to check the battery of you monitor . If the battery is short then this problem can occur.

You need to consult the manual, there are multiple printout formats on this machine and it appears that it is looking for data for a print out formation and when it finds none, it skips and then prints again.

remove the AC power. then remove the battery from the machine. reinsall the battery after 15 minutes. then power on. it will be at factory settings. if u need its service manual pls contact me through fixya . for removing battery watch the pictures bellow.
