That is unusual - pressing in case should not effect play - not like a tape drive would.
Are you playing from CD or Hard-drive?
If Cd - try copy music to hard-drive and see how it plays - if ok - then something may be rubbing on CD in CD-Player? But that would give read errors. Have to remove CD Player and clean it.

It's not a problem as u think..
Yes your Ram is 256 M.B // but your Vga Card is built in the mother board with 64 M.B ..so it's share the Vga card Memory from ur basic ram (64 - 256 = 190~192 M.B) .
So u just need to increase ur rams by new one or replace this ur current ram by 2g.byte ram .

I have Fujitsu laptop some of the keys are lock how do I unlock them please

Open your external HDD and take some aerosal to it if it's dusty. If that doesnt work re-format it via. mycomputer>right click external HDD>format>accept.

Open the Network settings and show available networks. Select the available network and when asked to insert the Modem Authorization data, type in the WiFi password. The password should be on a label attached to the modem.
