Check the non working plate element for continuity - if open replace it. Otherwise the switch is bogus.

Check for a Euro-Pro website for a way to contact them. If that doesn't work then try this address that will give you a list of sites that sell oven parts and maybe one of them will have the knobs.

To get new knob for my Euro-Pro K4245 I went to www.euro-pro.com and put model number in for parts search and they have knob for $1. It appears all three knobs are the same.

Don't waste your time, the parts will cost more than buying a new one.

I would just take the old knob to Home Depot or another hardware store and buy a knob with a set screw.
