The audible file is only for books bought from audible.com. The library books will go into your music folder and be found under albums or artist on Creative players.

One additional tip, you have to get the license to play the library book on your computer and then start playing it on the computer (just the first few words) before transferring the book onto your player. The book has to get the license and be started or it won't play on the player. Something that caused no end of frustration before I figured it out!

Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.
A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/ ) set it up as follows:

1. Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
2. Then click on the Video Settings.
3. The camera if Installed Properly will come up and show a video picture.
4. Then, on the bottom of the page click on Save.

The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and her to you.

B. Yahoo Setup:

1. Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.

O.K., I solved this problem and got my SoundBlaster Extigy to work with Win 7 (64-bit machine). Here is what to do:Easy part: 1. Search your system for the old USBAUDIO.sys driver:C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\wdma_usb.inf_9ce240de 2. Copy old USBAUDIO.sys, (d.02-11-2006) to usb or floppy Trickypart : 3. Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers Rightclick USBAUDIO.sys (d.19-04-2008)> Unlocker >Choose Delete4. Copy old USBAUDIO.sys, (d.02-11-2006) from usb or floppy to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers5. Reboot.6. At reboot, Windows will block the Extigy from starting "because the manufacturer's software was known to cause problems." Go into Device Manager (Right click Start button, Click Control Panel, Click Hardware and Sound, Click Devices Manager (under Devices and Printers section). You should see the Sound Blaster Extigy listed under Sound, video and game controllers7. Uninstall the Soundblaster Extigy in Device Manager (right click the device)...click Uninstall8. To download music from internet you need a down loader.

First, download lime wire go to (www.download.com) search lime wire. After you have search the lime wire click it and download. Once you have already downloaded the lime wire install it. The lime wire icon are shown in the desktop now you can start to download a music.

Second, open the lime wire icon shown in the desktop search the artist of the music. Once you have already search the artist all music title of the artist are shown there chose and click the music title you want to download. The download process are shown at the bottom of open lime wire. Once the download process reach to 100% it is shown complete.

Third, if the download complete you can locate it in the folder where the lime wire installed. To locate you can right click the music which is completely download. Right click it and you can read there where the music located. Good luck and more power, thanks for using fixya.

The problem that developed with my Creative Gigaworks and other is that occasionally it would not play at all. When the problem occurred, I could eventually get it to work again by turning it on and off several times. I opened up the powered unit (the Right speaker with the controls and found that the wires were really crammed in there, such that a white ribbon wire connector on the bottom was straining to the point of where it was slightly cracked. While playing audio through it, if I touched that wire ribbon, the sound would cut out. So I adjusted the wires slightly to relieve any tension force on that connector and it has not had the problem since. I would open up that unit and check for a similar poor or strained connection. To open the unit, carefully pull off the fabric speaker cover straight off, remove the 4 rubber inserts in the top 4 holes, and remove all 6 philips-head screws in those deeply recessed holes.
