Where can I acquire a manual for a craftsman jointer planer, model # 113232211

Go to the Sears/Craftsman website at www.searspartsdirect.com. You're manual is part number SP5590 and they show it is still available. You can look it up directly or do a search for your model number.

I have Craftsman 6 1/4 Professional Series Jointer

I don't know whether you ever got an answer to your query, but I'd suggest you have a look at the Sears support site at www.managemylife.com. (Don't ask me, I didn't name it.)
You don't mention how old that model is, but if you have no luck there, try this site and it's possible there's one there or a similar model you can download that will provide the needed info for you.
Good luck.

Infeed table is not level with outfeed table. Can

I'm not familiar with hobby type machines like craftsman, but good shop jointers have levers or hand wheels for the infeed and out, either on the sides or the front. I hope your outfeed is the higher one. When jointing, the amount of stock material removed should be compensated by the hight of the outfeed table, otherwise you will produce a taper near the end of the board your jointing. Check and see if raising or lowering the knives moves the outfeed if you still can't find separate adjusters.

I am working on a new craftsman Model# 351217220

Are you CERTAIN the motor runs backwards? You provided the model number, however, I am not able to locate a picture of the device aside from the motor. Can you flip the motor over (effectively reversing the direction of travel for the pulley?)
