Chrome Cast? If so then the code is displayed on the screen saver picture. I know, It took me 30 mins to realize the code was on the screen right in front of me all that time. Read the print on the screen saver "picture" . Yes, it does look like it's part of the screen picture but it's actually separate text. Oh, if you do have a COMCAST then this may not apply. Hi u might have put the TV into sleep mode TURN THE POWER OF AT THE POWER POINT FOR A FEW MINUTES IF ITS IN SLEEP MODE IT WILL LOSE IT'S MEMORY....cheers
