Burner Knobs stcuk/can't turn
I had the same issue.
Take the lid assembly off and remove the metal shield over the burner controls.
This will allow you to remove the black cover that you see on the front of the grill and will give you access to the burner controls behind the knobs.
there is an almost diamond shaped metal piece with a screw in the top and one in the bottom that the know shaft runs through.. take note how it is currently positioned and then remove the screws and the piece of metal will come off.. dont lose the spring or lock washer.
you will now have access to the valve which is your issue. i sprayed some liquid wrench and i used a large common head screw driver to "beak" the valve to allow it to turn. Test it so you know which position to return the valve to and then put it all back together.
My Coleman classic propane stove NO gas getting to the burner
Are you stating that the igniter will not work. Is the igniter failing to produce an ark? Are you stating that the burners fail to be supplied with gas. With both the bottle's valve open and the stove turned on. Make sure the propane bottle has gas first. Is the bottle heavy and do you feel liquid moving around inside like water if you move the bottle around in the air? Check the valve. You can not open the valve quickly. On these 20lb. bottles. You must turn the knob very slowly or the bottle will slug. You will need to shut the gas flow off, wait a minute for it to equalize and try it again. Open the gas flow slowly(at the bottle). Now try to light the stove. If the stove is still not lighting you can try another bottle but more than likely the regulator has gone bad and will need to be replaced.
The axle of the wheels have broken the retaining
Your Coleman Roadtrip LXE has a wobbly wheel? No surprise. Since the axle bolt retaining nut on this grill is not usually securely welded inside the tubing, it will often break off, sometimes during initial assembly. If you have tightened it well, you have compounded the problem, since you now cannot remove the axle bolt. My best solution? Cut the bolt. The nut will fall harmlessly inside the square tubing and stay there. Next, remove the opposite side axle bolt and knock out the retaining nut on that side. Go to your local hardware store and buy a section of 3/8" steel bar stock long enough to reach through the square tube and extend through the wheels about 1/2" on each side. When you buy the bar, also buy two press-on wheel retainer caps to fit the bar. Place the bar through the square tube, slide on the wheels, tap on the caps, and replace the plastic wheel covers. Your wheels will no longer wobble - permanently.
How can i make cake in grill type ovan
Just about any gas grill can be used like an oven. In fact, just about any thing you bake in an oven can be baked on a gas grill using the indirect cooking method.
All you have to do, is preheat the outer burners (one on the right and one on the left). That's assuming you have a 3 or more burner gas grill. to the proper temperature that your recipe calls for. When I say, "preheat", I mean with the grill hood closed. This may take a little longer than what your kitchen oven would. In the meantime, prepare the cake batter according to the recipe's instructions. Once the grill has been heated to the proper temperature. place the cake pans in the middle section of the grill, close the hood and bake the length of time required in your recipe.
Try no to peek to much, as each time you open the grill's hood, you'll lose as much as 20 degrees in temperature. Use time and your nose to determine if the cake layers are done.
All of the above is based on using the grill you listed above. Coleman LG20510E

How do I remove the knobs?
I am guessing its a gas Coleman? If one of the knobs is hard to turn, I would suggest that the gascock it operates is seizing up. The gascock will need to be stripped, cleaned and regreased.
