Where is the 85 horse Evinrude get its oil?
The 85 horsepower Evinrude outboard engine has a separate oil tank for its 2-stroke oil. The oil tank is usually located in the engine compartment and is connected to the engine through hoses. The engine's oil injection system will automatically mix the oil with the gasoline as needed, so the operator does not have to manually mix the oil and gasoline. It is important to regularly check the oil tank level and refill it as needed to ensure proper engine performance and longevity.

I have a Minn Kota 315D 3 bank charger. When I plug it in to my electrical outlet only bank 1 shows a solid yellow light. I am not getting power to bank 2 and 3.
A solid yellow light on Bank 1 of your Minn Kota 315D 3 bank charger indicates that the charger is in "float" mode, which means it is maintaining the battery's charge at a safe level. It sounds like there may be an issue with the connections or wiring for Banks 2 and 3, preventing them from receiving power.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Check the connections between the charger and the batteries for Banks 2 and 3 to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Ensure that the circuit breaker for the charger is not tripped.
- Check the wiring for Banks 2 and 3 for any visible damage or corrosion.
- Ensure that the batteries for Banks 2 and 3 are not in a low state of charge or are not faulty.
- Try to reset the charger by unplugging it from the power source and plug it back in after a few minutes.

I have an ICOM IC M505 marine VHF which is the
Probably not the squelch but the speaker on the VHF. These radios are famous for crapping out when getting wet.
Try listening to the weather radio VHF ch 01, 02, or 03. depending on your location and play with squelch.. Keep in mind they do make external speakers you can hook up.
