What does the error code EC on a Defy top loader mean?
Errors TE, EC, TC mean that the temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the water in the unit is not working properly. Some codes - for example, TE - appear only before the start of the wash.
These codes are typical of both ordinary washers and those that have a drying function.
What does the code L221 on a H20 Linde mean
The L221 code on a Linde H20 forklift indicates a hydraulic fault, specifically related to the tilt pot.
L: This letter signifies a hydraulic issue.
221: Refers to a faulty tilt pot.
Here are some potential troubleshooting steps to address this issue:
Check the Tilt Pot Connection: Depending on the year of your forklift, the tilt pot's plug might have a poor connection. If it's an older model with a non-waterproof plug, moisture could be affecting it. Try unplugging it and cleaning it thoroughly with electric cleaner.
Inspect Wiring and Linkages: Verify that the wiring is intact and that the linkages are not worn. If everything seems fine, you may need to replace the tilt pot. Keep in mind that recalibration using a laptop might be necessary.

Bosch lr30 receiver not turning on
Potential causes and fixes:
Battery Terminal Corrosion:
Cause: If your Bosch laser receiver has been submerged in water, the battery contacts and sometimes the circuit board may have corroded.
Fix:
Remove the batteries and clean the battery terminal contacts.
Pry open the bottom cover and clean any corrosion on the circuit board.
Calibration Issues (for Bosch GLL 2-20):
Cause: Dropping the Bosch GLL 2-20 can lead to misalignment and errors.
Fix:
The best way to address this problem is to calibrate the laser level.
You can either contact the Bosch service center or follow the calibration instructions in the manual.
General steps for calibrating a laser level with a misaligned pendulum:
Remove the screws and outer cover.
Locate the pendulum hanging in its stationary position.
Remove the glass window of the laser level.
Adjust the stationary position of the hanging pendulum using the main adjustment screw.
Fine-tune right-left adjustments using other smaller adjustment screws.
Reassemble the laser level.
Cracked Glass Lens (for Bosch GLL 2-50):
Cause: If the horizontal glass lens is cracked, it affects accuracy and safety.
Fix:
Unfortunately, this problem is often unrepairable.
It's advisable to replace the laser level to ensure safe operation1.
Remember to lock your laser level when not in use or during transportation to prevent pendulum movement1. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Bosch for professional assistance or repair
How to set it to cold wash 30 logik l814wm16 washing machine
There are two wash cycle programs that default to a 30 degree wash for the Logik L814WM16. Set the machine program to Delicate or Eco to get a 30 degree C wash. Note: the Eco program has a maximum load of 2 Kg. The maximum load for the Delicate program is 2.5 Kg but may be lower when washing some fabrics.
There are also programs for Cottons at 20 degrees C and Express 15 degrees C. See page 17 of the manual, available here:

Whirlpool duet steam washer displaying F 20 error code during wash cycle. Water seems to be flowing just fine. I've unplugged it several times to clear the code but it's not working.
The F20 error code on a Whirlpool Duet Steam Washer typically indicates a water inlet problem. It means the washer is not getting enough water to continue the wash cycle. This can be due to several reasons, even if it seems like water is flowing fine at first glance. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Check Water Supply Hoses:
- Ensure both the hot and cold water faucets are fully open.
- Inspect the water inlet hoses for kinks, bends, or twists that could restrict water flow. Straighten out any issues you find.
- Turn off the water supply, disconnect the hoses from the back of the washer, and check that the filter screens inside the water inlet valve are not clogged with debris. Clean them carefully if needed.
- Water Pressure:
- The washer requires a certain amount of water pressure to function correctly. Low household water pressure can lead to insufficient water flow to the washer. Make sure your home's water pressure is within the washer's required range.
- Check for Siphoning:
- Make sure the drain hose is correctly installed. The end of the hose should not be too far down the standpipe, and there should be an air gap to prevent siphoning.
- Inlet Valves:
- If the water hoses and screens are clear, there might be an issue with the water inlet valves themselves. They might not be opening fully due to electrical issues or mechanical failure.
- The inlet valves can be tested with a multimeter for continuity to ensure they are functioning correctly. If they lack continuity, they need to be replaced.
- Flow Meter:
- Some Whirlpool Duet models have a flow meter that measures the amount of water entering the washer. If this component malfunctions, it could mistakenly signal that there's not enough water, even when there is.
- Diagnosing a flow meter requires some technical knowledge and a service manual for your specific model.
- Pressure Switch:
- The washer uses a pressure switch to monitor the water level. If there's an issue with this switch or the hose connected to it, the washer might incorrectly interpret the problem as insufficient water flow.
- Check the pressure switch and the hose for any blockage, disconnection, or damage.
- Reset the Washer:
- Since unplugging the washer hasn't cleared the error, after checking the above, try to reset the control board by unplugging the washer for about 5 minutes, then plugging it back in.
If after trying these steps the F20 error persists, it may be time to consult the manual for more specific troubleshooting steps for your model or contact a professional appliance repair service. Sometimes, the problem could be related to the washer's electronic control board or other components that require professional diagnosis and repair.
