Why does my soap dispenser does not work on my Bosch dishwasher?
Hi, I know it's kind of a silly thing but when loading the machine make sure nothing is jammed against the dispenser preventing it from opening. I've run into that a few times and people looked at me like I had two heads but when I showed up to look at the machine,it was loaded like thanksgiving dinner was just over. If that is not the issue then it's either the dispenser itself that is broken or it's not getting power from the board. Either problem will require getting into the door of the machine and running a test program. I would call a local appliance repair company as these tests require the machine to be powered up and specific tools. Hope that helps.
There is also a discharge lint filter on the front lower left that has to seal properly. If the water appears only when washing, you can probably eliminate leaking from the water supply side up to the solenoids controlling the water. The most likely source is a leak in the rubber section between the tub and the front door, a leak in the seal between the door and the washer, a leak or overflow in the soap dispenser, or a leak in the discharge side components. You could probably figure out the source if you could view these areas during a cycle, but that would require some disassembly of the cabinet so that you would need to know what you were doing.

I bought twin-tub washing machine after 3 times the spinner doesnt work but the washing machine still does- i am a senior with arthritis in my hands & i cant wring water out after wash
The first obvious question is, did you buy it new, reconditioned or is it a used machine and if it is a used machine did you buy it from a shop or other regular business or did you buy it privately?
If you bought it from a regular business; if it is new or reconditioned there will be a warranty and you shouldn't hesitate contacting them.
If it was a used machine from a business you could still expect a repair after such a short space of time. Your purchase would constitute a contract they would have breached if the machine failed to fulfil its function for a reasonable time. A reasonable time would depend on the price paid...
If you bought it privately there is no automatic protection but you should inform the seller of your problem as they might be willing to help.
I guess there isn't much point worrying too much about what might be wrong as you probably wouldn't want to repair it yourself. One thing I do know about twin tubs and that is the spinner mostly has a much smaller capacity than the washer and they break easily when overloaded.

Washer making a noise in spin cycle and smoke coming out of drum
Make sure the drum is actually spinning during that cycle (I bet it isnt).
If not, the clutch is slipping- I had this happen years ago. It's in the bottom of the washer as part of the gear box. When the clutch cant hold, it slips when the motor kicks into high speed for the spin. That slipping creates the smoke.
I was able to replace mine, but I had it disassembled in my garage and I like to fix things. The clutch for mine was less than $30 at the time. Been running great since.
