Just installed Windows7 x64 bit on a new pc.
Lower bit-rate should not be a restriction on use.
For programs one can use the compatibility mode, both the installers and executable files. Click right for the context menu and don't go to Compatibity but Advanced. Choose the Tab Compatibility and select the Windows version that seems to be fit from the list.
The program can not be rewritten. For DOS there are programs like DosBox where you can drag old DOS programs onto. Windows can be installed in separate partitions, the older versions first. Then accessed by Windows boot menu. Another idea is to make a virtual disk and install the old Windows version from there.

How do i play runescape on my psp? I have tried so
As of this date, Java (the maker of the plug-in runescape uses to program the game) hasn't released a version that allows psp users to play runescape on their psps. Though there has been reported to be occurrences where extreme hackers have made it possible to allow runescape to be played on the psp. I'll provide a link if you'd like to look into it.

your not signed into a account just press a on the controller when you go to the avatar then sign in acount if you dont have a pic for the avatar you can go to the settings on the xbox and go to edit avatar
When i try to install the game then comes directx can not be intalled
that is all depend on your system. if your system cant support the following directx so you cant install it, but if your sytem supported try to download windows update or check your os compatibility, because there are os who not supported the following directx like windows XP.

Can't save any games.
Okay, your games don't save on your game boy itself, they actually save on the cartridges. The way it maintains the save is a small battery inside the game. It sounds like the battery is going or is completely dead. You can try to manually replace the battery inside the game, or take it to a Nintendo retailer and see if they can't replace it for you.
