To watch an instructional video follow this link http://youtu.be/WnU8XSEhfCU or read the instructions below. To pump up your basketball you will need a ball needle and a hand pump. Insert needle and pump the ball to the specs listed below.According to NBA rules, the pressure inside a basketball must be between 7.5 and 8.5 lbs. You can use this as a guide for your own basketball pressure. Another simple test is to drop the ball from shoulder height. It should bounce to a height approximately even with your hips. When inflating the ball, use a small pump and pressure gauge. Avoid using high pressure pumps made for cars and motorcycle tires, which can easily over-inflate and damage your ball.
If you just want to take it apart...
Get some liquid wrench and thoroughly spray all the nuts and bolts then let it sit overnight. Depending on how much rust use see, you may consider doing this more than once. Then start with removing the rim and backboard. I always get a a couple of friends and have them stand on either side of the goal in the bed of my pickup truck. This gives them a stable platform...much better than a ladder. Then I use a ladder to loosen the bolts and take off the supports so it can be removed.
If you plan to reassemble you may want to use tape and a marker to number the parts and take some pictures so you have a good reference putting it back together.
well you can try to contact reebok directly, if not attempt to contact the store at which you bought the system. hopefully reebok will be able to send you a new piston...i believe that the hoop is under waranty
You should be able to take off the plates by turning them the opposite direction as putting them on. If you look at the plate you'll see the grooves that lock each one together. You just need to twist the plate you want off and twist it out of the grooves. Once out of the grooves it will turn back to normal, releasing the tension on the bands inside. You can then just slide it off the bar. The perm attached 5# plate tends to turn too. You need that one to be stationary. If you can't do it alone, have someone hold the perm 5# plate steady as you turn 'off' the additional plates.
I can take that a couple of ways. Do you mean you want to fire more balls per second or you want the paintballs themselves to fly faster?
If you want to fire faster, make sure it's clean and properly lubed with a quality oil that made for paintball. Practice makes perfect and fire that ****** as often as you can, even without paint (that's cheaper!) so you can get your trigger finger in shape.
There are custom mods to the trigger, or you can buy a trigger that's smoother or a shorter pull. There are electronic trigger assemblies that make firing faster even easier.
If you're talking about making the balls fly out of the gun faster, that would be the "velocity adjustment". Your user guide shows you how to make that adjustment and which direction is up, and which is down.
A good suggestion is to check out a local field or paintball store, or an airsmith and they can give you some definite ideas you will want to pursue.
Oh hi, I heard of this information, when he numbers on my halex electronic dart board don't register when i hit them, whereas about 60% of them do, so i can play a game basketball legends as long as i hit those numbers. It's a real?
IF the gap is completely closed, I use a pair of small side cutters/diagonals and use them to pry the electrode up(use them like you were going to try to cut the electrode off) but just pry up on the electrode a little at a time to you achieve the correct gap
