Error 3 is a Door lock error and has nothing to do with the water sensor. Tighten the door down snuggly, but don't over-tighten. If it still doesn't work it may need a door rebuild or switch replacement. Call for service if it doesn't restart.

Error 2 on this model indicates that the imbalance sensor is tripped. If you run the unit with an empty rotor and it does not error, then it simply means that your load was imbalanced. Make sure to put vials into the unit opposite each other, as below. If it displays "Error 2" with an empty rotor and you did not notice a vibration, then the imbalance sensor is broken and must be replaced. Do not attempt to run the centrifuge without the imbalance sensor, as serious injury may result.
