The Pelton & Crane autoclave in my office keeps giving me a P-2 code and will stop running. Anybody know what this could mean?
Question re-worded for clarity.
Sterilizer Manufacturer:
Pelton & Crane
Model of Sterilizer:
Problem Title:
DELTA 8 10 Error P2: Sterilizer Pressure reaches 241 Kpa before 135'C temperature
Problem Description:
DELTA 8 10 Error P2: Sterilizer Pressure reaches 241 Kpa before 135'C temperature
Reasons
1. DELTA 8 10 Error P2: Sterilizer Pressure reaches 241 Kpa before 135'C temperature
First, check the sterilizer can return the air/steam back from chamber to reservoir or not between 90C to 110C. It is very important to make sure all air will be purged out of the chamber. Only pure steam, the temperature can match pressure. If not return, check the bellow solenoid or the Power PCB board
2. If the air purging works well between 90'C - 110'C, then check the RTC (steam) sensor to make sure it is properly connected to the Power PCB board

Contol panel won't turn on enigma 8
More info needed. What happened before it wouldn\'t turn on. Is it plugged in ( stupid question)? Does the outlet you have it plugged into supply the necessary power? What condition are the fuses in?

Fixing an Eppendorf centrifuge 5415D
This unit gets a power supply issue once it is getting a bit old and either returns an error code or does not boot.
On the mother board there are two electrolytic capacitors near the 7805 regulator that have probably dried out. You can confirm this with an ESR meter to measure the cap values in capacitance and resistance. Replace the two caps and retest.
The motor drive power module will need to be unbolted and peeled back to access the underside of the caps to desolder them.
Column pressure
The pressure exerted by a column of liquid of height h and density ? is given by the hydrostatic pressure equation p = ?gh, where g is the gravitational acceleration. ... The water-based units still depend on the density of water, a measured, rather than defined, quantity.
Serial number
an identification number showing the position of a printed or manufactured item in a series.
