Ricoh KR-5 light meter needle won't move, new batteries
About the only thing you can do is clean the batt. cover and contacts in batt holder. Make sure batts are good. No parts are avail. for this model. However this is a rugged camera and you can buy a hand held light meter inexpensive.
Can the 35mm SLR Ricoh
Straightforward answer: no. Everything needs power to work except for the self timer, but even that won't fire the shutter without battery power.
Sony DPF-d72n digital photo frame will not switch
Solved!
My Sony DPF-D72N frame is a few years old. Today I unplugged it (fool!) and plugged it back in. The screen would flash on and off to black. Power button light would turn on and off. After plugging and unplugging it a few times, it would not turn on at all.
I tested the power supply, and it showed 5V. I was about to throw the frame away, but on a whim, I tested a 2nd power supply. It worked!
So even though the power supply looked like it was working, it was only without a load on it.
Replace your power supply!
I happened to have a spare 5V 2A power supply, so I just chopped the end of the dead power supply and soldered it onto the new one.
And we all lived happily ever after.

Roncato suitcase forgotten my combination and cant open the suitcase
I have a Roncato hard shell with a 3 digit combination lock under the handle. I set the combination YEARS ago, had a young child play "horsey" on it, and turned all the numbers! The suitcase was locked and I had forgotten the combination. I followed the instructions in answer 2 above and it worked! I didn't have to add or subtract 5. I used a small sewing needle and a strong flashlight - the indentations were easy to see.

Where can I find special disposable cameras for my wedding?
I really like these disposable cameras covered in rhinestones that are available on amazon. They come in packs of 10:http://www.amazon.com/Pack-Rhinestone-Disposable-Wedding-Cameras/dp/B000FTIKZS/ref=sr_1_15?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1360846200&sr=1-15

Can't see through viewfinder (it's all black) and
Remove the lens and look inside it. Do you see the mirror? If not, your mirror is stuck in the up position. Its flat up against the focusing screen. If the mirror is down, the problem is in the lens, or you still have the lens cap in place.
Check your manual under troubleshooting.
Try setting the shutter speed dial to the M90 position.
Also be sure the batteries are inserted correctly!!!!
If no change yet, you can try to put the mirror back down yourself. With the lens removed, set the camera on its back. You can use your fingers, but I suggest a toothpick cuz they won't leave fingerprints on the mirror and the toothpick should break before you exert enough pressure to really break something. So just try to return the mirror to the 45 degree angle within the mirror box. Be careful not to damage anything in there, like the shutter or the arms that raise and lower the mirror. Depending on where you live, there may be some corrosion or rust on the mirror linkage. It should move easily. If you feel any roughness when you move the miror, that may be the reason it did not return on its own. Then turn it on, off again. At some point, you may want to have this camera cleaned, lubricated and Adjusted(CLA) - after all, its over 25 yrs old.
If all that did not work, you'll need to send it in. Here are some good choices for repair places...

Velbon Victory 451 camera tripod. Need manual please.
Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved from Car Audio to a better category.
My first tripod was a Velbon. When I started wedding photography, I bought a bigger one for a Bronica medium format camera.
They don't really come with manuals, as they are pretty self explanatory. You can tighten them all down and undo one knob and see what moves. Tighten that and see what happens with the next knob.
Basically though;
You have 3 knobs or clips to extend the legs for height.
You have one knob to raise and lower the central pole. Often this can be used as a monopod.
Then you have the 'Fluid Head', with three adjustments;
1. Pan, this allows the head to move left and right.
2. Tilt, this is normally controlled by turning the stalk that you hold.
3. A knob to turn the camera base Landscape or Portrait.
4. Some have drag/friction knobs and various locks.
There are empty promises of manuals in this link, but there is a video on the Velbon Fluid Head.
