TG 9201 IS UNPLUGGED

Does this phone system have a central server? If so I would go check to see that it has power and came back up after the power outage. A lot of phone servers are on a battery backup and when the power goes out the software tells the server to shut down and then the UPS powers off.

Can the Panasonic KX-T7667 phone work with the Panasonic KX-TES824 PBX?

Yes, the Panasonic KX-T7667 phone and the Panasonic KX-TES824 PBX are compatible. The KX-TES824 should be able to accommodate different handsets because it is made to work with a variety of Panasonic phones, including the KX-T7667 model. You must connect the KX-T7667 phone to an available extension port on the PBX and configure it with the proper parameters using the PBX programming software or a web interface in order to add the phone to your current PBX system. It's vital to keep in mind that the KX-T7667 is a proprietary phone made just for Panasonic PBX systems and might not work with other phone systems or third-party hardware.

How can I program the calls to go to the new location but same extension # on Nortel Networks T7316 phone?

To program the calls to go to the new location with the same extension number on a Nortel Networks T7316 phone, you will need to update the call routing information in the phone system's programming. Here are the steps you can follow:
  1. Access the programming mode on the phone system. This typically involves entering a password or code on the phone's keypad.
  2. Locate the call routing configuration for the extension in question. This may be in a menu for "extensions" or "call routing," depending on the specific phone system.
  3. Edit the call routing information to reflect the new location of the extension. This may involve specifying a new phone number, a new group or queue, or a new set of forwarding rules.
  4. Save the changes and exit the programming mode.
Once you have completed these steps, incoming calls should be routed to the new location of the extension, even though the extension number remains the same. Note that it may take some time for the changes to propagate through the phone system, so it is possible that calls may still go to the old location for a brief period of time after the changes are made.

Can I add another uniden hand set to a uniden D1680 series

The Uniden D-1680 system can have up to 12 handsets registered to the base. (The phone system was sold in bundles with 0 to 11 accessory handsets.) However, this cordless phone system has been discontinued. I can only find used DCX160 handsets (the compatible accessory handset) on Amazon and E-bay. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Hi everyone, i have a problem with aria SOHO, when there is an incoming call from outside, the phone does not ring and I cannot hear the call - the problem is just with outside calls.

It sounds like there might be an issue with your Aria SOHO phone system's incoming call settings or configuration. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the volume settings: Make sure that the volume on your Aria SOHO phone system is turned up and not set to mute. You can do this by pressing the volume up button on the phone or checking the volume settings in the phone's menu.
  2. Check the ringer settings: Make sure that the ringer is enabled for incoming calls. You can check this by accessing the phone's menu and looking for the ringer settings option. Make sure it is set to "On" or "Enabled."
  3. Check the incoming call settings: Check the incoming call settings on your Aria SOHO phone system to ensure that calls from outside are set to ring through to your phone. This can usually be done by accessing the phone's menu and navigating to the call settings or call routing options.
  4. Check the cables and connections: Make sure that all cables and connections between your Aria SOHO phone system and the outside phone line are secure and properly connected.
  5. Restart the phone system: Try restarting your Aria SOHO phone system by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in after a few seconds. This can sometimes help reset the system and resolve any software or configuration issues.
If none of these steps work, you may need to contact a professional technician who is familiar with the Aria SOHO phone system to help diagnose and fix the issue.

Samsung iDCS 28D Calls not going to VM after canceling a forward on no answer

It's possible that when you cleared the forward on no answer, the voicemail setting on your Samsung iDCS 28D was not properly restored. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check your voicemail settings: Dial 604 and press the "Speaker" button. Enter your extension number and press the "Speaker" button again. The system should confirm that you have entered the correct extension number. If it does not accept your extension, try dialing from a different phone to make sure that your extension is still active.
  2. Verify your call routing: Dial 601 and press the "Speaker" button. This will show you the current call routing for your extension. Verify that "No Answer" is set to go to your voicemail box. If it is not, you can change it by pressing the "Speaker" button and entering the appropriate code for voicemail (usually "72").
  3. Restart the phone system: If the above steps do not work, try restarting the phone system. You can do this by unplugging the power cable from the phone system for a few seconds and then plugging it back in.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact your phone system administrator or IT support for further assistance.

Why OGM recording code *361 doesn't work in Panasonic KX-TDA100?

The issue with the *361 code not working on your Panasonic KX-TDA100 could be due to a few reasons:
  1. The code may not be enabled in the DISA feature settings. You can check the DISA feature settings to ensure that the code is enabled for OGM recording.
  2. The code may be conflicting with another code or feature on the system. Try using a different code for OGM recording, such as *38 or *391.
  3. There may be a hardware or software issue with the system. In this case, you may need to contact Panasonic technical support or a certified technician to diagnose and resolve the issue.
It's also worth noting that different Panasonic phone systems may have different codes and settings for OGM recording, so be sure to consult the user manual or technical documentation for your specific model.
