If there is a Pre Amp Out stero pair that would go the Amplifier's Pre or Main IN pair.

If there's is a Tape Monitor control, turn it off.

Phono can go ONLY to phono.
Other stereo devices can go to just about anything avalable such as Tuner, Aux, CD, DVD.

Looks like a rebadged Pioneer if it is, one of the output channels has probably been damaged and it shuts down to protect the rest of the system. Time for service at your local HiFi dealer.

Check the balance control. Apart from that the unit will have to be checked internally to ascertain where the signal is breaking down. This will require some skill and some equipment. Not to sure about NSM jukeboxes but I know the AAMI jukeboxes have a button battery on the memory board that goes flat if the unit is not turned on for a while. This battery was troublesome and most people substituted a capacitor in its place. Might be a place to look. Cheers

Carefully unsnap the speaker cover you may want to use a jewelers screwdriver or a small flat tip to assist with getting it off. Once its off unscrew the 4 screws completely and then carefully wiggle the speaker from he cube. Once the speaker is out of the way reach in the cube and reset the plastic coupling so its flush with the inside top of the cube. With both cubes on there sides and the rubber washer and swivel ring in place press the bottom cube, with your finger(s) inside the cube on the plastic couping, up into th top cube until you here or feel it snap into place. Once it snaps into place, adjust the insulation in the speaker then wiggle the speaker back into the cube and carefully put the screws back in. Once this is accomplished snap the speaker coverback on and that's it. It takes ten minutes once you get the speaker cover off.

Hi, It could be that you have the wrong omes 4 omes instead of 8. That means the amp has to put out more power to run those speakers. Check that you have the right omes. Good luck
