My kenwood excelon DPX594BT audio suddenly cut out, why?
Check Speaker Wiring:
Ensure that the speaker wires are properly connected to the stereo unit. Loose or damaged wiring can cause sound interruptions.
Inspect the connections at both ends (stereo unit and speakers) to make sure they are secure.
Bluetooth Pairing Data:
Since you've already reset the car stereo and deleted all devices, let's focus on Bluetooth.
Go to the Settings menu on your Kenwood system.
Select Bluetooth and look for the option to Clear All Paired Devices. This will remove any existing Bluetooth pairings.
After clearing the paired devices, try reconnecting your phone or other Bluetooth devices to see if the sound returns.
Device Reset:
Sometimes a simple reset can help. Turn off the car stereo completely and disconnect the power source (e.g., by removing the car battery cable).
Wait for a few minutes, then reconnect the power and turn the stereo back on.
Check if the sound is restored.
Firmware Update:
Visit the Kenwood website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your model.
If updates are available, follow the instructions to install them. Sometimes software updates can address audio-related issues.
Blue TI Light Flashing:
The flashing blue TI light over BT1 indicates that the stereo is trying to establish a Bluetooth connection.
Make sure your phone or other Bluetooth devices are discoverable and within range.
Try pairing your phone again and see if the sound works.
Manual Reference:
For more detailed troubleshooting steps, refer to the Kenwood Excelon DPX594BT user manual.
The manual provides information on settings, troubleshooting, and common issues.
Remember that car stereo issues can be caused by various factors, including wiring, software glitches, or hardware problems. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider seeking professional assistance or contacting Kenwood customer support.

If the file has been corrupted, there is no alternative than to use a newer file. You would know more than I regarding where to get that but, if you have a memory issue, a new file won't fix it.
Run a memory check.

Hard Reset:
Sometimes a hard reset can help. You can do this by pulling the fuse related to the Sirius system, letting it sit for a couple of minutes, and then putting it back in. Afterward, start the car, perform the Sync maintenance update, shut the car off, and then turn it back on.
If you're unsure about which fuse to pull, consult your vehicle's manual or seek professional assistance. But thee following may help. Behind the glovebox. There's 2 15amp fuses on the top-righthand side. It'll be the left one of those two.
Refresh the Signal:
Visit the SiriusXM signal refresh page and follow the instructions to refresh your SiriusXM signal. Note that you may need to select a specific channel during this process, but if the system is stuck, this might be challenging..
Check for Memory Leaks:
After disconnecting the battery, you mentioned that radio stations displayed their real frequency instead of "403" or incorrect frequencies. This suggests that there might be memory leaks in the Windows CE and Entertainment applications. Keep an eye on this behavior and consider reporting it to SiriusXM or seeking further technical support.
Remember that these steps are general troubleshooting suggestions,
Marantz Receiver SR7300 display gone blank
I had the same fault (no front display but the amp worked) first check the +- 5 and 12 volts if they are low say 11.90v or 4.95v have a look at the main power circuit board for dry joints. On mine I found the main plug from the transformer had one on the end pin. But why you have it out solder all the other joints on the board.
It took about 2hr from start to finish. Good luck RP.
