The only place to get the PUK Code is from Leica. They lock it with a 128 bit RSA Encryption code so you can't use it. You pay the monthly fee and they will unlock. You are basically renting it from them, and if you don't pay, they lock it to stop you using it. They also lock it on behalf of the person leasing it, if it had been stolen from a work site. There is no way around it and no-one else can unlock it but them. The code is also in the original documentation that came with it.
I wrote this and the same applies

The U6 error code on a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher typically indicates an issue with the fill valve. This means that the dishwasher is not receiving enough water to properly wash dishes. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply to the dishwasher is turned on and that there is adequate water pressure. If the water supply is turned off, turn it back on and try running the dishwasher again.
Check the fill valve: The fill valve is responsible for regulating the water flow into the dishwasher. Check to see if the fill valve is clogged or faulty. If it is clogged, try cleaning it with a soft-bristled brush. If it is faulty, you may need to replace it.
Check the float switch: The float switch is located in the bottom of the dishwasher and is responsible for regulating the water level. If the float switch is stuck in the up position, it may be preventing the dishwasher from filling with water. Try gently moving the float switch up and down to see if it is stuck.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact a professional appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
It is impossible to see and movement as the crosshairs move such a tiny amount. Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range.
If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair. Tasco do have a Warranty and Repair Service.
All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)'.
You posted to optics, so let's guess is a telescopic rifle sight?

This is a very basic prismatic telescope that goes under many maker names all made by the same maker. The plastic dust covers just pull off exactly the same as on binoculars. They are only there to keep dust off the optic lenses.
