How do I clean a jammed paper shredder
Run it in reverse and pull the jammed paper at the same time.
Some have an overheat sensor and won't work for about 20 minutes.

Turning it off, unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, plugging it back in and turning it on might clear the problem. Some nebulizers have a reset button.; I can't say being unable to read the manual readily. Assuring all its parts are assembled correctly is of course worth doing.
