My Kustom quad 100 Dfx cuts out when I pluck a string, and then it comes back on. It does this constant on and off loop every two seconds, what's the cause?

There could be several potential causes for the issue you described with your Kustom Quad 100 Dfx amplifier. Here are a few possibilities to consider:
  1. Power issue: Check the power source and connections. Ensure that the amplifier is receiving stable power without any fluctuations or interruptions. Faulty power cables, loose connections, or inadequate power supply could cause the intermittent cutting out and restarting.
  2. Speaker or speaker wiring: Examine the speaker(s) and the wiring connecting them to the amplifier. Loose or damaged speaker cables, faulty speaker connections, or even damaged speakers themselves could lead to the intermittent behavior you're experiencing.
  3. Overheating or thermal protection: Amplifiers often have built-in protection mechanisms to prevent overheating. If the amplifier is overheating, it may shut down intermittently to cool off before powering back on. Ensure that the amplifier has proper ventilation and isn't placed in an environment where it's prone to overheating.
  4. Internal component issues: There might be a problem with internal components such as transistors, capacitors, or resistors. These components can sometimes degrade or fail over time, causing intermittent issues like the one you described. In this case, it may require professional inspection and repair.
  5. Other external interference: Consider any other factors that could be causing interference with the amplifier. Nearby electrical devices, radio frequency interference, or even faulty instrument cables could potentially disrupt the amplifier's performance.
It's worth noting that troubleshooting electronic devices can be complex, and it's often best to consult with a qualified technician or reach out to the manufacturer's support for assistance. They will have the expertise and knowledge to diagnose and resolve the issue specific to your amplifier model.

One channel on the monsoon set effects the 1500 amp and 10" d6 Diamond. What do I have to do to fix this issue?

If you are experiencing an issue where only one channel on your Monsoon set is affecting the 1500 amp and 10" D6 Diamond subwoofer, there are several troubleshooting steps to consider. Start by checking all the wiring connections to ensure they are secure and properly connected. Swap the speaker cables to determine if the problem lies with the cables or the channel itself. Test the affected channel with a different speaker to see if the issue persists, which could indicate a problem with the amplifier. Verify the subwoofer's functionality by connecting it to a different channel or audio source. Resetting or adjusting settings on the Monsoon set may also help.

My kimball electromatic player piano won't

Look near the end of the roll for a hole or other trigger method that triggers the stop. It could be a hole in just one column or possibly a heavy mark on the roll. The later would be sensed by an optical pickup which MIGHT have a lamp burned out. From the site:

http://www.player-care.com/system55.html

It appears that vacumn via holes triggers the stop and the rewind by "pouch" switches. I suspect those swithches trigger and lock the relays in the same pix at the site.

First thing to do is to see if those switches actuate at the end of the roll so as to stop and then rewind.

Red light flashing on zoom g2 guitar pedal

Hey, I have seen the same problem in multiples of the Zoom processors; specially those of 505, 505 ii, G1FX, G2 and also, on a Korg (AX9000G) . I somewhere read these gears are designed to decay over time, not sure though. However, the common symptoms of such issues are Flashing of a dot either at right or left corner, Not remembering which patch/effect it was at before getting turned off and starting over from A1 each time while powered up, Sudden cutting off or dropout of the sound while playing or strumming the guitar or whenever you strike your guitar strings, a sound like buffering comes and restart at once flashing A1, once or twice had shown up 'bt' at display etc. These are all I've heard of. The reason for this is inappropriate power supply. This mostly happens due to electric voltage bumps and frequent changes of your home amperage and voltage, using inappropriate power supply, providing more current than 350 mili amps or crossing whatsoever ampere limit of your unit and, also, if you are a jerk enough like me who has put one end of the guitar cable at the processor input and that other end of the same cable at the processor output jack and accidentally powered the device on. (That created a chained loop at the audio amplification; eating up a huge amount of current suddenly and burnt the voltage controller of the device at once). My experience says the mosfet ic burns at first and then the resistor is burnt after a few days the mosfet ic dies. The blinking is mostly for the damage at the internal voltage regulator mosfet ic for which the unit gets unbalanced voltage and tries to explain it by showing up that blinking. There is a 93.76854928 % chance that the resistor carrying the current to the input voltage pin for that voltage controller ic has to be burnt out due to regular and consecutive heating even upto 70 plus degrees for a long period. In most of the cases, the solution should be replacing the voltage controller IC/SMD and also, that burnt resistor right at the start of the circuit board, placed somewhere near the 9v dc jack. Both the parts are really cheap, both the parts together might cost you around 1 or 2 USD only. Make sure you replace the exact item or the parts equivalent to the replacing dead items. For example, on a zoom 505 ii, the resistor may have been marked as R18 and equivalent to 22 ohms and the voltage regulator ic code is written as 29M33 31*1E So, make sure to crack the parts' codes properly, if burnt out in case of resistor, check from image or video of the same product or circuit board and crack the color code of that exact parts to find the exact ohms. The soldering work is really easy or take them to someone skilled and they will fix ya. (Well, didn't mean like "they will google") ( XD ) Have a good day.

Hello, I have found that Ibanez

There is little data on the internet about this... However my AEL20E uses 2 AA cells. Some older ones may have used a 9 volt battery. Yours should use the 2 AA cells which go into the box right by the XLR output plug.

HI CAN YOU PLEASE TELL

A common reason for 'distortion' with all bass amps can be either that the screws holding the speaker unit to the cabinet have worked loose or that there has been a build up of dust particles in the corrugations around the edge of the speaker cone, which rattle especially on the lower notes.
The solution is simple - remove the front grille and check the screws are tight. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the rim of the speaker cone.

I bought a fender rumble 100, it has a buzzing

Does it still happen with the gain turned down a bit? Have you tried different cords? It may just be the pickups interfering with the amp

I have a casio x700 when using the fingerd options it stills plays the chord by pressing only one key.

Greetings, It sounds like you've pre-programmed a certain sound that is usually only triggered by multiple keys into one key. The most efficient way to return to the way that you're searching for might be to perform a factory reset on your device. But you should back up any data into a USB stick before you perform the reset as all data in the Casio device will be reset. Thank you.
