Even though I clean and now have started to spray

Hi GMVLAHOS. Sorry to hear about your difficulties with removing your mixing blades. By the description of the symptoms, I think that the ‘groove pin’ (the pin sticking out from the agitator shaft that locks your blade onto the shaft) has loosened and shifted out or bent (or both) and this may be the cause of your difficulty in removing your mixing tools.
The ‘groove’ pin is supposed to be tightly fitted to the agitator shaft but it is possible, over time and use, that it has loosened and shifted or bent to the point that the mixing blades ‘appear’ to be stuck and doesn’t come off easily. A quick inspection of the agitator shaft as well as the blade attachment wells can confirm the diagnosis.
Inspect the opposite side of the groove pin hole on the agitator shaft. The end of the groove pin should be flush (or very nearly flush) with exterior of the agitator shaft. If there is a significant space then the groove pin has started to come free from the agitator shaft. The groove pin will still remain in place but the clearances between the pin and the blades may be reduced to zero, making the blades ‘stick’ when you try to remove them.
Also check the blade and see if there might be some additional scouring inside the attachment well where the groove pin contacts the blade when you mount or remove the blade.
How can you fix this? If you are DITY type person and feel adventurous, and if the groove pin does not look bent then a couple of light blows with a small hammer and punch should drive the pin back home tight. If the pin looks bent, then you would need to replace it. To remove the groove pin, you’ll need a small diameter punch (smaller than the diameter of the groove pin) to drive the pin from the agitator shaft.
You will need the Parts List manual on hand. If you're lacking one, you can download one from the KA website at: http://www.kitchenaid.com/flash.cmd?/#/page/home.
Click on Customer Care>Locate Manuals & Guides> Enter the 6 character model number, in your case use K45SSW select Parts List (1), K45SSWH0.pdf (341.41 KB), and then check to see it this matches your mixer model.
Turn to pages 4 & 5, titled: Case, Gearing And Planetary Unit for the disassembly and reassembly of your mixer, along with all the parts. Locate Illus. No. 21, Groove pin in Illus No. 26, Agitator Shaft Assembly. The groove pin is what needs to be replaced.
Here are four potential vendors in no particular order: RepairClinic.com; mendingshed.com; searspartsdirect.com; and partstore.com. Prices can vary widely between vendors, so do your comparison shopping.
Finally, here are some links to several excellent websites that detail the disassembling/reassembly of a KA Mixer.
Between these three websites and their excellent pictures and descriptions and your Parts List manual, you should now be able to completely disassemble and reassemble your mixer, should you decide to go that route.
If you feel this repair is beyond your capability, then I would seek out a local small appliance repair shop in your area. KA Customer Care can give you names of local KA authorized repair shops in your area, but you can also do an online search to supplement what KA may provide you. Call to explain your circumstances and find out their hourly rate and get an estimate of what they think it would cost to repair your mixer. Also, always obtain three or more estimates – do some comparison shopping. I hope this helps. Howard, Burke, VA

My Hobart A200 lift arm seems frozen. Sat in garage covered.....won’t lift.

There are a few retaining screws in the guide's that you can undo to clean the runners. They get gummed up with flour over time. This should help

Kenwood mixer running too fast

It's a problem with tachogenerator. You can buy this part pretty cheap and replacing is not that hard. (It's the gears under the blender/juice maker attachment) Basically while spinning it measures the speed and sends it back to motherboard to calculate how to adjust speed so it matches the setting. Replacing should help if it's broken. Although might be worth a try too just clean it. If some dirt or liquid got inside I might disturb the mechanism and cause problems. In my case just cleaning fixed the situation drastically.

After mixing bread dough the mixer head will not tilt up to get the dough out of the bowl

Push the head down before pressing the button on the mystery mixer. There is probably dough under the hook with it pressing the head up and is locking the catch. You can pull out the dough around the dough hook to make it easier. All questions need 'make model (what it is)', first 3 words please

Where to put ball bearings that fell out of Sunbeam Vista mixmaster 423A? The turntable is loose. I tried to fix it, and ball bearings fell out, and I don't know where they came from.. Help!!

They would normally sit in a groove under the turntable with a groove on top to hold them in place. I was hoping to find a Parts Schematic Diagram, but that model seems old and rare. https://www.google.com/search?q=sunbeam+vista+mixmaster+423a+parts+diagram Dave's Repair may be able to help as he seems to be the expert. ..

Why do beaters stop spinning on the Sunbeam 2370 as soon as they hit the ingredients? It's new.

It is most likely that the 'shear pin' in the drive system has sheared. If it was 'new' someone bought it, over-worked it, packed it up and sent it back. https://www.google.com/search?q=Sunbeam+2370+stops+spinning Parts are obsolete already, it must be new to you, not 'new'. https://www.ereplacementparts.com/sunbeam-2370-stand-mixer-parts-c-116440_116448_116560.html It you enjoy baking get a KitchenAid stand mixer. ..

Good substitute for "Sunbeam power unit lubricant"?

All question need full 'make model (what it is)' please. Duplicate question deleted. Press Refresh to see your question. The only thing we know it that is made by Sunbeam and it MAY be a food mixer because that is the category it is posted to. Look at what is there already. It is black and greasy, it will be GP Graphite Grease. If it is white and greasy, you can use white Lithium grease in spray or tube. If it looks like normal oil, use 3 in One. This is a service manual for a vintage mixer, it say to use a special grease, but from the description high temperature bearing grease would work. https://studylib.net/doc/25985112/instructions-for-servicing-vintage-sunbeam-mixmasters Nothing based on the the quoted words. https://www.google.com/search?q=Sunbeam+power+unit+lubricant ..

I have an old Hobart

The gear has not really changed. It is a fail-safe gear designed to break before the motor is damaged by the transmission being jammed. As to whether it will last, I can't say. I know of no other sources for the gear other than keeping a watch of Ebay.
