Left phil honey nut cream cheese out for 5 hours. it is still cool to touch, firm in texture, and no bad smell. is it ok to eat

Before refrigerators most cheese was kept at room temperature in a covered cheese dish. Soft cheese was kept in a pantry or a meat safe and only loosely covered. Cheese is a fermented food and as such keeps much longer without spoiling than fresh food and yours contains honey which is a preservative. Most cheese is also salted, which is another preservative. Even when cheese has begun to turn bad I haven't ever heard of anyone getting ill from eating it.

I have a taylor ice cream machine thats keeps a constant beep even when ice cream is ready model 339-27

I'm not 100% on this model but here goes.... A "beeping" tone will sound to alert you of a fault. To discontinue the tone, access the Operator Menu and enter Option B. Correct the fault, then press the OFF (<--) key, and the tone will stop. FYI Fault Description (Option B) This option lists any faults detected by the control and allows the operator to clear them from the system. When a fault is detected it will be displayed on the second line of the LCD. Pressing the MENU/SEL key will display the next fault found or return the display to the Operator Menu if no additional faults exist. If the OFF key is pressed when a fault is displayed, all faults that have been corrected will be cleared from the LCD upon returning to the Operator Menu. To return to the Operator Menu, press the MENU/SEL key. for 337..... Screen display..... The POWER SWITCH OFF screen indicates that the power switch is in the OFF position. POWER SWITCH OFF =- -=- -=- -=- -=- -=- -=- -=- -=- -= The normal operating screen will display the current mode of operation and the level of mix in each mix hopper. (The power switch is in the ON position.) MODE: OFF MIX: L = OK Operator Menu _________________________________ The Operator Menu allows the operator to access operational information and to set non-critical functional parameters. The Operator Menu also allows access to the Service Menu. (Note: Only service technicians who know the access code may use the Service Menu.) Operator Options A Exit From Menu B Fault Description C System Information D Current Conditions E Service Menu Pressing the OFF (<--) key will move the cursor one position to the left. Pressing the STBY (-->) key will move the cursor one position to the right. Both keys include the "wraparound" feature. This means that when the cursor reaches the end of the option, any further movement in the same direction causes the cursor to "wraparound" (to be placed at the opposite end of the option listing) here's the manual if you don't have it.... http://www.taylorfreezersales.com/op_man/0337op0.pdf Best to you hope this helps a little

Can squares made with graham crackers, instant vanilla pudding with a cocoa icing be frozen.

When you freeze it, the water may come out of solution and when it thaws it could be runny. There is no health hazard though

I have cuisinart ice cream machine, and i live in UAE ( united arab emarties). We have 220 v and the machine motor is 120v so i plog it in and i think i broken somthing in the motor so how i can fix it or repalce it. Thank you

First you can not run this machine on 220 Volts, it probably burnt up the motor and every thing else on it. The only way you can use a 110 volt unit on 220 is to buy a step down trans former and install it which will take the 220 down to 110.

Generally, its user's preference, but I usually set the DIP switches to 1, 5, and 7 in the on position and the rest in the off position.

What is A1, A2 referring to on the machine display panel

If it is the lower display with the 2 green digits, then that is referring to hours of service since last brush clean cycle. It is just a timer. Once it reaches 99, it start to use letters and numbers, so A1 would be 101 hours since last brush clean. b1 would be 111 hours and so on. To clear this the machine must recognize a brush clean cycle. the next time you clean your freezer door, make sure the power switch is off. it will display a 5 minute timer and 4 temperature readings. All 4 of those temperature readings must be above 60 degrees Fahrenheit and remain above 60 for 5 minutes. If at any point the temps drop below 60, the timer will reset. The freezer door must remain off the machine during this time. Once the timer reaches 0, the machine will enter a Unit Cleaned state and you can reassemble the machine.

I have a 754 Taylor soft serve machine and the mix freezes up on one side in the bin

I am assuming that it is the left side that is freezing up? Is there a large disparity in temperature from the left side to the right? Your machine monitors the temperature on the right side hopper and that will determine the temp of both sides. If there is a large temperature difference between the two sides then it may be that you are low on refrigerant. You may have enough refrigerant to cool the left side but not the right side and since the machine only monitors the right side, it wont shut off the mix refrigeration system which could cause the left side to freeze up.

I have a Taylor C707-23 that is freezing the product in the barrel and not dispensing. Then the drive motor trips. Had the sensor probe changed same thing.

If this is an ongoing problem that you have had for a while, it sounds as though your viscosity may be set too high. You can adjust the viscosity by removing the 4 screws that hold the face plate on. You will see 3 potentiometers. You want the left most potentiometer. It Should be labeled "Viscosity". You need a tiny screwdriver to turn it. Turn it counter clockwise about 1/16th of a turn. If your Ice Cream is already frozen, You will have to let it cycle a few times before the ice cream reaches consistency. If its liquid, then you will know as soon as the machine finishes the initial freeze down cycle. If this is a new problem, then it is highly likely that your beater motor is going bad. To check this you would want to test the amperage of the motor when you initially draw product from the machine. A single phase 1.5HP motor in the taylor ice cream machines should not draw more than 7 amp on an initial draw right after freeze down. Its normal to draw around 6 amps then drop for a few second. In order to trigger the reset, the beater motor has to draw more than 6.3 amps for an extended period of time. Your reset may be set higher than 6.3 but that is average.

My Hamilton beach 4 quart ice cream maker was churning fine then stopped after like two minutes now it won’t churn anymore. What do I do?

Best Buy sells these for about $30. Other sellers do so for about $55. If it is under warranty, I suppose you could make use of that. Otherwise, I cannot imagine any fix for this that would cost $30. But you can check the warranty below and even call the 800 number and inquire. Support HamiltonBeach com

Why my taylor ice cream machine model 161-27 lost refrigerant, all tube is leaked test but no found no leak except the evaporator.

If your evaporator is leaking, then it most likely rusted out as Taylor used regular steel to make the outer layer of the evaporator on machines that are older. The evaporator is the most expensive part of a Taylor ice cream machine. It will probably be cheaper to purchase another used but newer machine.
