Did you read the manual?
You need to pair the bell push and the chime unit with the same DIP switch settings. They do this in case you and your neighbours have the same unit. Someone press the doorbell and you all come to your doors. :>D
Hope my experience helps someone: followed instructions above, removed batteries, unscrewed 2 Phillip screws. This allowed the electrical assembly to be lifted off the door. No override key hole or anything. What I did notice though was that the negative (black) soldering connection point was completely corroded. Greenish white stuff. The red positive side was fine. Used a flat head screwdriver to scrape gunk off to expose the metal contact. Then also exposed some of the black wire (shiny metal). Placed fresh batteries back in, and pressed the freshly exposed contact and wire together. Voila, the unit beeped and came nack to life. Entered combination, managed to unlock and open the safe. Re-soldered the contact and wire together. Fixed. Just simple corrosion resulting in loss of electrical conductivity. Crude electrical system, easy fix.
You can't. This safe has a rotary combination lock and a failsafe key. The key is your insurance if you can't get in.
Call a local locksmith, for what will probably be destructive entry unless you have the serial number of the safe. A GOOD locksmith may also be able to impression a key for you. According to this you can get keys on proof of ownership.

Question moved to model category.
It appears to be a known issue.
Make sure the battery is correctly installed in the camera and the contacts are free from dirt and debris. Remove and reinstall the battery to ensure a proper connection with the metal contacts inside the camera. Ensure you are using the correct type of AC power adapter with the Indoor Magnetic Charging Cable.

Do you have the digital recorder box that all the cameras connect to. I get a feeling from reading you rather disjointed text that you got 8 cameras and are looking for a phone app to connect them to?
Here is your manual and details of the iOS and Android Apps.
NOTE: If your safe DOES NOT have a key, skip Step 3.
Turn the dial to zero.
Insert your key and turn it until the plunger pops out.
Turn the dial to the left (counterclockwise) three times to the first number of the combination (pass the first number of your combination two times, stopping on it the third time).
Turn the dial to the right (clockwise) two times to the second number of the combination (pass your second number once, stopping on it the second time).
Turn the dial to the left to the last number (stop the first time on your last number).
Pull the handle down; the door should open.
If this still does not open the safe, refer to the following page for additional different types of Sentry Safe models:
If you are so sure that your CCTV is online, then you need to download the mobile app for your smartphone and configure it by using your DVR or Camera serial number, if you can view your CCTV through the mobile app, then your CCTV is truly online. In order to troubleshoot it on your laptop, you need to make sure that you install updated flash player and also install the CCTV plugin on your laptop.
