My floor jack wont go
Someone has likely overtightened the the handle valve and distorted or cracked the ball or seat to where it will no longer seal. If you can provide a model number we might be able to find a parts diagram and see if it is repairable.

Ive just put a brand new belt on my machine and
Assuming you put the right size belt on, then the only problem that could be left would be:
A frozen pump from something like a small chain getting in it.
The pulleys not all being aligned on the same plane for some reason.
The tensioner spring not pushing the idler pulley on the belt correctly.
A frozen idler pulley.
The belt routed wrong and rubbing on something.

The battery tools are the way to go, the batteries last a couple years or more. I have a couple that are almost 5 years old. For the home and light construction I would go with the Ryobi 18 volt. The price is very good and they are very dependible. Think about a set (drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw, and flash light) they will all come in handy around the home and sets are cheeper. You can find them at Home Depot

How fix cabinet hinges quick and easy.
If you've ever had a kitchen cabinet door hinge fall off or get loose due to a wood screw stripping out. This can be fixed very easily with a golf tee or toothpicks. Just remove stripped screw and expose screw hole. Put golf tee or toothpicks in hole and break off even with surface. Now just replace screw in the original location and the toothpicks or tee will tighten up screw like new.

I have a sears 50188
Hi, they dont make seal kits for jacks but one thing you can do is if you take the seal out it will either be a rubber o ring type or copper ring type take this out then go to a car spares shop and buy the same type of o ring doing this will solve your problem, most parts in these you can buy off the shelf so take the seal out and go to a car spares shop or hardware store and ask them to match one up for you, make sure its the exact same size etc and you should find this will stop the leak and fix your problem.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
