OK, even though the thread is old, I had to add my answer, to clarify things.
Settings:
F = Switch is Off
O = Switch is constantly On (no timer mode)
d = Switch turns On at Dusk, and turns Off at Dawn
1-9 = Switch turns On at Dusk, and turns Off after the number of hours shown in the display
1.-9. = Switch turns On immediately, and turns Off after the number of hours shown in the display
How to program my timer to turn my lights on at 5pm and off at 10pm MODEL YLT-10
This timer is made by Living Solutions. It's best to set the timer prior to plugging it in.
To set current time:
Lift protective cover and set the current time by rotating dial CLOCKWISE until the arrow on the side of dial aligns with the correct time.
Note: Timer dial will rotate COUNTER-CLOCKWISE when operating.
To set timer:
Move timer arms (located around the dial) towards the middle of the dial for the time you would like the timer OFF.
Move the arms towards the outside of the dial for the time you would like the timer ON.
Release protective cover.
Honeywell ST9120C Problem: Blower does not start.
I've got the same problem, there is no voltage at the 'heat' terminal on the control board when calling for heat, or at the 'cool' terminal when in AC mode. If I power up the blower from a separate 120V source it runs fine, so I suspect it's a bad relay on the board.
