Jackhammer wont hammer

A complete service kit is neccesary its pointless only to change oil, including hardened o-rings and gaskets and oil seals etc. have had their working hours. it all rests on a marketing technical calculation where no user is slicing. look for your model and a spare parts servicekit and if the neccesary tools are present you can do it on your own. the front second hammer (stroke bolt) must be air-tight the heavy battle piece must be pulled up by vacuum by the stroke cylinder and worn rings on it and everywhere and bad seals will not succeed

Wh a t type of oil do I use on a H65 hittachi

Is not enough this is a better suggestion for you because of wasting time for only oil (lubrication is not only very importand because of heating but if it was leaking theres more to do 323745 service kit comes complete with the most neccesary parts allways but priority in this is extra (in most cases) change the strokebolt(second hammer) allways by if that looks not smooth surface. https://devs.hitachi-koki.co.jp/ois/explodedDiagram.html?type=svg&modelName=H+65SB2&newwindow=true

How do i fix oil leak in seals of jackhammer

by a service kit that are made for your model I do you a suggestion how you can do it yourself if you have a burner to heat up the bolts because of loctite sealant i think you know something of forces on that parts ? because of the tools that are neccesary to service it . Here is a suggestion of a brand that is maybe there or coming in your Country . thats why i do this suggestion by a dutch link . https://devs.hitachi-koki.co.jp/ois/explodedDiagram.html?type=svg&modelName=H+90SE&newwindow=true If you know the brand of your hammer ? sometimes bought secondhand and no modelname google it on 3 words powertools the brand service or choose pictures if you will see pictures where you can see your hammer but there are can be marketing technical differences by the models because a suggestion i made by Hitachi the H90 and H90SE are not compatible by service kit a part of spares can only be used. The time you spend is meaningless if you only think its leaking oil. because there is a thin lubrication inside most jackhammers and if that's leaking ,the working hours are on it, for time wasted re prematurely burned grommets make high-priority work bolt seal the front of the machine at the stroke chisel the first rings oil seals as well as the size of the stroke bolt must be tight and smooth, as if only a little air leaks burned den all your new o-rings (ie be hard in the short term) by overheating, use lubricants, not just fat because of the high temperature internal structure and the thermal conductivity of the parts together.

WHat kind of oil is required. Rotella #40 is not immediately available in Austalia. I suspect a standard30/40 oil may be ok. PLs advise.

No, that will burn you seals and o-rings in a short time 15w40 or that kind of Oil will go on like syrup no then you go for a new service kit of seals and rings . But the important things that are quickly to see . If its a heavy old large hammer 10 kilo or more with a heavy battle piece then use a hammer fat(grease)only if there is no oil fill glass present. in place, but if it looks that oil has seated and the parts are made for high speed, use at least a zinc-free hydraulic oil Because of the heat dissipation, which is really high because of the internal air compression. Oil for a high-pressure cleaner which have a one-time oil filling without oil filler cap which oil can also be used. Turmopol oil brand Hilti always good but is very expensive.

I have a PH65A Makita hammer demolition and it start working for about 10 seconds breaking and after that the hammering power slow and losses it's power hit even that motor keeps working, why?

first ordernumber 931848 lubrication necessary it has its working hours on it. parts to change in priority 1 x 944-927 , 949457Z , 956-960 , 944-936 , 956-965 , 999032 , 956-996 , 944-928 the important thing is that the machine is airtight at the front so as not to burn the O-rings through the air and incoming dirt friction look the orings good and if the lock bolt on the front feel not smooth replace that also and every oil seal you can find its different what should neccesary but that the tool runs with thick and dirt beaten oil . solvent clean the hard metal parts and replace if there are grooves on or cracks Hitachi PH 65A Demo Hammer Parts

The tool simply vibrates from the point through the body of the machine. It no longer has the 'bounce' as it works as before

It can happen that inside the front of the locking sleeve is often a ring that is much beaten and broken and the broken parts are blocking the impact bolt in the front of the machine sleeve where the chisel can not be reached, this is a suggestion that from the practice regular by some rotating hammers like Milwaukee and Bosch ,
