There is no grease but oil used in this tool There is a special consumables kit for to order But BEFORE you made a self service for this machine there could be a rip somewhere in the spindle control first by ringing listen to the sound tap on it it with a piece of metal that the spindle sounds well without also all in and outside parts naturally and off if it does is the sds chisel drill conduction inside the spindle is not round toppen instead of square topped because of faultering on the chisel or drill in short time to expect. in that case if the spindle is bad its better to remplacement the whole tool by Bosch for the working hours on all parts are reached, but if the spindle is smooth order 1 615 437 511 oil reservoir and 1 617 000 A16 thats the right maintenance partsset for this machine and its is easy to service by yourself a little 2 or 3 hours without special tools for special kevlar rings like some other brands often have. but a bank vice and some little screwdrivers noseplier, shaft retaining ring pliers a solvent cleaner for the old lubrication to remove.
AND IMPORTANT dont forget part 104 best to give that o-ring some grease that it will not move out by insert the spindle (sometimes)
one thing is very important there must inside be 2 adjust rings between the gears 47 and 51 if there is only one shimring = used then order some shim rings ( there must be made an adjust between 0,08 and 0,22 mm between the gears tooth but only when there is only 1 ring was used that can be happen in a rare case. the drawing is to find also by bosch in america the partnumbers are the same.

I think there is some faults to cause the generator stop, focus on checking the oil circuit, gas path and generator load.

If an oil sight glass is in the modelrange of the brand ROK Rottela 40 , but if no sight glass is used in the model then often is to use special Grease lubrication. or only an special volume of oil and most used of them are zinc-free hydraulic based and included in the manual instructions of a maintenance set (service kit)wear parts set.

If it's like mine, it probably won't charge. First time I let it run down, it was screwed, a real POS.

3 to 4 ounces for first fill. You actually unscrew the oil gauge with the little wrench that should have come with the tool and add the oil there. After putting the cap back on, hold the tool upright to check the oil level. Check daily and add oil when the level drops to 1/4 when checking as described above.

kango 950 was the hammer drill version. Usually when they stopped hammering they were due for a rebuild. These units have a aluminum piston that rides in a steel tube striker. When the 2 rubber piston rings wear out you will get the described problem. The Kango's use a special tan grease so you cannot just yank it apart and replace the 2 rings with o-rings and grease. I had to rebuild 15 900 and 950's because the previous mechanic used the wrong grease. https://project21designs.com/kango-950-parts
The link sells grease & rings.
