Patricia, I would suggest putting some lemon juice in the disposal and let it sit for a short period of time and then run hot water down that drain while the disposal is running. Hope this helps!

look for a used stove,parts arent made for them

You plugged it into the wrong socket under the sink.

use plumber's putty and seal up the hole.

sounds like bad brushes in the electric motor. on most unit hard if not impossible to replace.

The seals are worn out. Needs to be replaced.
