MAKE SURE YOU STAND TO THE SIDE OF THE TREADMILL WHILE PERFORMING THIS
1)Connect the wall power to the treadmill
2)Remove the safety key
3)Hold down the red stop button and red increase speed button (this is the red triangle next to the start button)
4)Insert the safety key while holding both buttons down in step3
5)The treadmill will now go into a diagnotstic calibration mode
6)Let go of both buttons in step 3 and press the oval stop button once
7) Now press the up arrow green incline button once(This is located to the left of the yellow program button)
8) Allow the treadmill to go through a calibration cycle, once it completes and stops moving remove the safety key count to 3 and reinsert.

Make sure the safety key is making good contact. Remove it and reinsert it then try to start again. Another thing is to make sure the treadmill is level.

I think I had something similar happen. It may be that your motor drive is overheated. If you smell burning from the motor stop immediately. You might just need to make sure this is properly lubricated.

If the errors are not in the product documentation, please attempt to confirm them by calling the manufacturer first. it might be an issue like too much friction under the belt that can be cleared up by leaving the platform and applying oil to the section under the belt. or you could possibly need to schedule a repair.
