Steamist Steam Generator. When I start my steam generator it stops at 32 temperature giving double EE error. What should I do?

Question edited for clarity and spelling of the maker. Question moved from Laundry Irons category. I found this On 2021-12-23 by Inspectapedia Com Moderator - Diagnose & Clear an EE error code on some Steam Generators @mike c, Diagnose & Clear an EE error code on some Steam Generators: What are the brand and model of your steam generator? I ask because error codes are not universal across all steam generator brands and models. But on the off chance we can GUESS usefully Your steam generator may be receiving water at an excessive pressure. We've seen this EE error code reported for Happybuy Steam Generators (Amazon): Check the water pressure being delivered to your unit to be sure it's not higher than is permitted by the IO manual or try reducing the supply pressure to 5 psi. Then turn the unit off and drain pressure from the unit. Leave it off for a few minutes or longer. Then return power and water supply - at 5 psi. More here including a link to the maker https://www.google.com/search?q=steamist+steam+generator+ee+error+code ..

How to remove tank on a honda eg5000cl generator

This is reasonably easy to do. Does the Generator run? Start the generator as it's running turn the fuel Petcock to the Off position. The generator should stall and stop running. This helps safely empty the fuel line and carburettor between the tank and the engine. Disconnect the fuel line from the petcock tap and plug the ends to stop dirt getting in. On each corner of the tank itself there should be a bolt going through the ribbed edge and a rubber spacer. remove these 4 bolts and the tank should lift up and out. On some generators you might have to remove some trim panels to make it easier. Refitting is the exact opposite of this.

Can i use this tester to check for any live wires. im installed a new light fixture on my porch from existing wiring but lights not tuning on

However, I can provide guidance on using a basic voltage tester to check for live wires when troubleshooting a light fixture installation. Using a Voltage Tester: Non-Contact Voltage Tester: If you have a non-contact voltage tester, it's a handy tool for quickly identifying live wires without direct contact. Hold the tester close to the wire insulation or the terminal screws, and it should indicate the presence of voltage without making physical contact. Contact Voltage Tester: If you have a contact voltage tester, make sure it's designed for the voltage level you're working with (e.g., 120V for residential electrical systems). Turn off the strength to the circuit on the circuit breaker or fuse box. Safety First: Always prioritize safety. Make sure the power is turned off before working on any electrical components. Test the Tester: Test the voltage tester on a known live circuit to ensure it's functioning properly. Check the Wiring: Once confirmed, turn off the power to the circuit you are working on. Use the voltage tester to check each wire connected to the light fixture. Verify that there is voltage on the wires. Neutral and Hot Wires: Typically, a light fixture will have a hot wire (usually black) and a neutral wire (usually white). Make positive each wires are linked properly. Ground Wire: Check for a ground wire and ensure it's properly connected. Some light fixtures may have a green or bare copper wire for grounding. Switch Position: Ensure that the wall switch controlling the light fixture is in the ON position. Bulb Check: Confirm that the light bulbs in the fixture are working and properly installed. Circuit Breaker Check: Double-check the circuit breaker or fuse for the lighting circuit to make sure it hasn't tripped or blown.
