I own this particular Old Fashioned bike -lol - its a hardy one thou and I dont think you can find the original book but the book that came with it came from the company Roadmaster Corp. which is now named Roadmaster Industries, Inc - 250 Spring Street NW - Atlanta, Georgia 30303 -- phone number -- (404) 586-9000. SAMSUNG Lithium Ion 48v not 12v. so bad charger, wrong battery put there or battery is bad we cant see what IS there blind so learn to test the battery first they fail at 1000 cycles, (short lived they are) you year told or how old battery is. any shop can test the battery and charger that came with the bike. let them?

Not possible to ID by serial number, and even if it was it's not important. Huffy's are not valuable and parts are not specific to a particular brand, let alone year or model of bike. The model name is printed on the bike's frame. If not there bike has been cheaply repainted, possibly because it's stolen.
