there is obviously moisture coming from somewhere. its probably the room where you are keeping the knife, or else you keep putting wet blades in and letting them just sit

How do i replace the blade on my utility knife?

loosen the screw that is holding the two casing halves together and separate the halves. pay attention to which way the old blade is in the compartment, remove it and put in a new blade in the same direction. close the casing and tighten the screw

Can i cut rebar with a hacksaw?

you can, but its not great for the teeth of the saw and it can get tiring. if you have any powersaws with metal cutting blades, that works best. if not, you can use the hacksaw but i hope you don't have too much rebar to cut

no, it will probably be easier and better overall to use a sharp pair of pruning shears. if you dont have any good shears, you can use pipecutters

pipecutters are faster, cleaner, more convenient, easier, and provide a cleaner cut. the only advantage of using a hacksaw is if the pipe is too big for the pipecutter to get around it

Yes, there are electrical nibblers that work just as good as the pneumatic ones. of course, there are also handheld manual nibblers too

I think you meant diameter of the wheel, since the width is basically that of a razors edge. the most common diameter of the cutting wheel is 7/32", unless your tool is made for cutting patterns or circles, in which case the wheel diameter should be 1/8"

angle cut blades have the cutter head angled at 25-35 degrees for easier insertion into tight spots. Shear cut blades are light normal scissor blades

there is a little black button on the end where the blade comes out. With the blade in the out position,push in the button and pull out the blade. With button pushed insert new blade or turn the old one around to use the other end.let go of the button and you are ready to go.

See here the Stanley knife disassembly. If you have a 99E there may be an additional plastic part that is not shown in the diagram. The plastic tab is located at the back of the blade.
