Rather than online, I would try to contact the manufacturer, as with any pressure-cooker, having the exact right parts, particularly for the pressure valve, is critical for safe operation.

IF you press and hold the top two buttons for 10 seconds the display will show a few numbers.. then press the bottom right button.. ours went right back to F4 and the only thing we could find mentioned is that a "sensor" was bad.. right out of the box this PC was JUNK.. awesome!

0 is off I is low heat II is high heat III (wavy lines) is keep warm after it is cooked

The only thing I can think of for 'LL' is 'Low Liquid'. It may also be 'eLLement' and they can't spell. Unfortunately 'Cooks Essentials is a QVC trademark. They don't make them, they just buy from China and sell them. This page on the manual for _this_ model (you don't tell yours, 6 QT is a size, and they do lots) tells you about repair and warranty. This sounds normal and like you are not using more heat then needed. I am assuming everything comes out great!

High is fine unless you want to cook it all day. Just check on it every half hour or hour.

many things like that using lots of power fail when it gets interrupted then snaps back on. no fix known to me but to replace and start using surge protectors on as many things as you can

sad thing but only the manufacturer could supply one for you I would try sanding the inside and repaint it with some heat resistant paint .i spray can might cost around 7 dollars us check on Amazon.com
