How to I get cricut off line
If you have an Explore One, Explore Air, Explore Air2 or the Maker, the software program, Design Space is not yet advanced to work offline on your computer.
You can do some light editing if you are using an iPad..
Provocraft has promised offline functionality since the current program was released in 2012.
For humor - the CEO recently indicated on social media several times he had over 100 'software engineers' working on Design Space. which is more than NASA had to land on the moon doing everything manually. This is not a complex program
Unfortunately his social media posts are not too accurate. Recently he indicated Provocraft was a very small company and selling their machines at losses and could not afford a school program - while he was encouraging users to take their Cricut to School....keepign in mind you have to use their proprietary software and another graphic program to actually work with most medium to complex projects.
With over $240M in sales in 2018 - and still a private company - not so small and realistically they could never afford to sell that many machines at a loss for very long. Cheap plastic made in China with a 12 mo warranty and no repair or service offered - throw away product.
Like most issues with their software, they are not a software company and do not do well at all - unfortunately.
I have 2 luminaria candles that I put rechargeable batteries and the candle flickers. The candles with normal batteries do not flicker. Any thoughts?
Hi Touzon, what Steve tells you is correct, the Rechargeable pias are 1.2 volts and conventional Alkaline batteries, depending on the brand, arrive to deliver 1,555 volts and depending on the number of batteries, the difference is made every growing older
This is why your luminous candles flash
I hope you understood the comment
Greetings Franco Dosil

Lionel train problems
Make sure the A or D terminal is connected to the center rail. U terminal to the outer rail. First do this without the sound activation button. Horn should sound this way. Once this works correctly, add the sound button in on the center rail lead (A or D) If the sound activation button activates the horn, reverse the connections to the sound activation button.
This should solve your difficulties
Lionel 313 bascule bridge
It sounds like the counterbalance spring is loose or disconnected. I would rather add weight to the counterweight box to take some load off of the motor...Use fishing sinkers, one or two rolls of pennies or equivalent. Also do not overtighten the spring you will warp the base of the bridge.
How to replace arm on Lionel 1054 gateman
If it is the 1045 flagman, you need a replacement arm with the attached flag. disconnect the man from the metal base and open the figure with the screws on his back. Disconnect old arm or whats left of it and reverse the process to re assemble. If you do not have a 1045C contactor, one side of a 154C will work
If it is the 145 gateman the arm has a screw or drive pun into the man's shoulder. If you can get a seperate arm this is the way to go. if not parts dealers will have the complete man. Open the base undo the screw that holds the man to the arm remove damaged man, Reverse process to reassemble
The train keeps jumping off the track
Is the track properly and carefully put together? Is one or more sections damaged take one of the cars and gently push it around watching in those places where the train derails. If it only happens at a track joint look at it more carefully.
The value of a train set 1953 Locomotive 1130
A Lionel 1130 is a "Scout" type locomotive....they are not particularly valuable even to collectors. They were a part of the low end starter sets Lionel made. Now if you had a similar vintage 736 Berkshire or a 681 or 682 Turbine they are worth considerably more.
I do not know how to tell what Stanley Plane I have?
Most Stanley planes have the number cast into the front of the toe on top. Smoothing planes numbered from 1 to 8 range from very small to very large Most common ones include 3,4, and 5 Smoothing planes Bigger than that were the 6,7 amd8 joiner and fore planes. The number is cast into the iron bed either in front of or just behind the rosewood knob. Block planes have the jumber either cast or machined into the bed as well and include numbers such as 9, 60 1/2 and 118 (sheet metal bed made mostly for schools.
Post a picture or two and I can help more
CW 80 -Direction button doesn't work
Recent Lionel transformers are notorious for their issues. Put an old fashioned reverse switch into the circuit, an old Lionel 88 will do the wire to terminal 1 of the lockon or the wire tothe center rail needs to be cut and attached to the 2 terminals of the 88 reverse switch. Note this is ancient technology from the 30s to 50s
Message after cutting each layer....can’t connect to cricut
If you are connected to the internet wirelessly, then you most likely have lost the connection between the circuit and your router. Even though I have an Explore, I connect it to my computer with the usb cable, only. I don't want to take any chances.
