Schaerer SCP is not rinsing correctly
Check the Operating Temperature:

Next check the drop bin the used pods drop into. Sometimes when it is full a pod won't drop properly and can jam the mechanism.
Try this. When the machine is Cold and unplugged from the wall. Remove the drop bin. Swing the handle to the fully open position and carefully feel Up from inside the hole the drop bin sits in. Your checking to see if there's a pod jammed in there.
If it still won't close it could be a broken part from inside the machine jamming the sliding rails. The finger test above might knock the broken piece loose.
