Depending on the model number - it sounds like the Drain valve on the brew unit drive is stuck. This happens over time - the valve gets gummed up and then will not open and all the water that was tagged for the brew unit gets dumped into the drip tray

There is a fuse connected to the grinder via the wire harness - it is a small rectangle fuse that is usually white in color and hard plastic materials - this usually mounts to the grinder and plugs into the terminal block - also could be the Power electronics - but check the fuse first

Have you checked the settings for the Amount of Product and the amount of coffee as well as the prebrew function? This can be done by the front screen menus

I am guessing the waste basket is empty as well. you may hear the grinder turning but it sounds like no beans are being fed or something is stopping them from falling in the chute - another possibility is the coffee chute (after the grinder) is plugged up as well - sometimes using an oily bean ( dark and shiny) will do this
you can sometimes clear it from the ground coffee chute above the brew unit - but take care not to damage or cause injury to yourself or the unit

The F0 fault is actually a non existent fault - in most cases it is masking or hiding the actual fault as no others will show up while this is registered. To clear turn the system off at the circuit breaker for approx. 2 min and then return power to the unit. The F0 should be gone and the real fault (if any) should be displayed

The water tank has two Magnets ( little black items incased in the plastic) they never really go bad but - could be lodged or missing
One magnet to determine the low water level and another to determine the high water level - the magnets could be lodged where they wil not move freely unless "persuaded" to
See if
1. they are both there
2. If perhaps one is lodged in a non loose free state (they should float when water is added to the tank. )
