Take out batteries and undo the two screws in the battery compartment by about two full turns. Remove the two screws in the underside between the front wheels. Use a thin blade and slide it in to recess at top of lens between silver trim. Prise out lens top carefully as there is a retaining flange on the lens and you don't want to break it. Rotate top of lens forward and it levers out of the bumper. Its a screw in bulb. Reverse steps to close up.

The Cyclops Thor 2.5 million candlepower charger is a 7.5Volt (the battery is 6 volt) chareger, 300ma.

It's easy once you figure it out. Unscrew the top and then push down on the exposed screw threads with your thumb. The internal "guts" slide out the bottom.
