This flashlight has a 18650 RECHARGEABLE Lithium Battery. If you cant to remove it for some reason, you unscrew the lens. Unscrew the bottom, there are two on each side of the battery housing. push both tabs in and slide it out which will give you acess to the bulb.

Return it for a warranty repair.

then you have done everything you could do,,,,,,,did you clean or replace the switch??

This is quite difficult and fiddly. The fuse unit is situated above where the cassette gets inserted. Remove the cassette and at the top front left hand side you will see the wiring in the cavity. This will give you access to the fuse unit and reed switch. I am assuming the toilet won't flush. If this is the problem then the answer is above. If the problem is the light will not illuminate when full then it is the reed switch that needs replacing or by passing. Hope this helps.
