Better to order direct from Maax to be sure of the part and get warranty. They are expensive. Model 4343 doesn't appear to be a valid product

'Fix' as in it is leaking? Or tighten it down because it is wobbly, or something completely different?
Modern faucets are made to be 'Eco', so less water flow and lower water consumption.
If the water flow is a lot more on the hot side, there there is a fault with the cold. There aren't many reasons.
Stuck shut of valve. Disconnect the braided line and open the valve into a bucket.
Or the ceramic cartridge in the faucet is not correctly lined up.
Or remove the strainer on the head, they can block with debris.

The hand lever unscrews, the part that holds the handle looks like a push fit and then there is a screw collar holding the cartridge. Increase Zoom to 200%.

I need to remove the faucet handle to fix a leak and I don't know how to remove the handle -please help

Try using a suction cup to pull the button out. Place the suction cup over the button and pull it outwards. The suction cup should create enough force to pull the button out.
If the suction cup doesn't work, try using a strong magnet to pull the button out. Place the magnet over the button and pull it outwards. The magnet should create enough force to pull the button out.
If the above methods don't work, try using a flathead screwdriver to pry the button out. Place the screwdriver under the button and gently pry it outwards. Be careful not to damage the button or the faucet.
If this does not work, try customer support for Delta.
Test the flow of water with the showerhead removed (through the shower arm). If you are getting good flow through the shower arm- clean the showerhead to remove any debris and replace if necessary. If there is still no flow, replace the cartridge.

To remove the plastic insert on your Kohler K-171 kitchen faucet, you can follow these steps:
First, turn off the water supply to the faucet.
Next, remove the handle of the faucet by unscrewing the set screw on the underside of the handle using a hex wrench or an Allen key.
Once the handle is removed, you should see a plastic insert that covers the cartridge. To remove this insert, use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry it off.
Once the plastic insert is removed, you should be able to access the cartridge.
If you need more detailed instructions, you can refer to the installation manual for your Kohler K-171 kitchen faucet .
It is obsolete, but according to this can be either. This is the specs for 1/2 HP. but the one you quote is 1 HP. I used a similar pump to pull water 30 feet from a stream and 5 feet lift to the pump and then up 12 feet over a waterwheel. Often PC boards are damaged by power fluctuations, or when a unit is plugged in with an extension cord. Extension cords cause a voltage drop. When the voltage drops, the amperage (heat) increases and damages the PCB. It could also be from the original install. If the gas line is too small or there is not enough combustion (make up) air, the machine will keep trying to adjust but does not understand why the unit is not working well. Then it displays an error code. It is always important to check the combustion and heater settings. Combustion is nearly never adjusted by contractors. And gas companies make mistakes too.
